Unfortunately I will be leaving this…
Unfortunately I will be leaving this gym. Mainly due to the air con being turned off at all times or it just doesn’t work. I have mentioned it to the team before but nothing has improved. Vending machines never work but it charges. Staff members will suddenly disappear when using the vending machines, seems like they are avoiding the problem. Otherwise all staff seem friendly. Although, personally I don’t generally need assistance with working out I’m independent, just need the environment to be cool/ comfortable and working facilities in place.

We use air conditioning units which heat the air when it drops below 17.5C, and cools the air when it goes higher than 21.5C, keeping the temperature within the gym at an acceptable level.
This is regularly checked to ensure the units are operating as they should be across all of our gyms automatically.
All member feedback is reviewed, and brought to the attention of our Facilities team, who regularly review any changes we make to our gym facilities and all feedback is taken into account when making any future changes.

It is in the gym rules that members should return their own weights or risk suspension, but at peak times especially it can be hard to police this.
It is also included that members should ensure kit is wiped down after use.
Staff on site do everything they can while we also have CCTV monitoring the club. We are looking for new ways to combat this also. Thanks, PureGym
Great atmosphere, very welcoming.
My wife and myself went along to the gym in Ravenswood, we were met by Simon the assistant manager, l have to say he is a credit to PureGym, he answered all of our questions and more, we have now signup and looking forward to seeing the manager on Friday for our induction.

Easy to join and excellent one to one tour of the gym. First class was brilliant and the facilities are superb. Very reasonably priced making it really accessible which is great.

It is a great no thrills gym
It is a great no thrills gym. The equipment is varied and lots of it. It doesn't thrill with extras and activities like swimming or sauna. The beat benefit is 24hr a day 7 days a week. The £22 a month feels a tiny bit high in comparison to some the competitors. However it's not end of the world. The staff are friendly and the gym users and polite enough too.
