Relaxed atmosphere

Nice gym, but needs improvement for first timers
It is a nice gym, but it would be great to have someone on ground like a receptionist to take me around and answer my questions on the first day of visiting the gym. I had to ask a fellow gym member, and she was so nice to show me around.

We always advise that new members have an induction to ensure they are familiar with the lay out of the gym and understand how to use the different pieces of equipment. Inductions are usually placed on the class time table. You can also get in touch with the Gym Manager via email, and an induction can be arranged for a specific date and time. Alternatively, members are able to speak to the staff in the gym (if they are not on the gym floor, please feel free to knock on the staff room door) and have an induction. Thanks, PureGym

Was shopping @ b+m bargains round corner from gym so took the plunge and went in but never had phone to scan qr code so came home and did it online with ease

The lockers were too small for my…
The lockers were too small for my motorcycle helmet meaning I had to carry it around with me, I asked 3 people and nobody knew where you could refill a water bottle and there was no cleaning equipment to clean off equipment after you used it

Great experience at Puregym
Great experience at Puregym. I enjoy the Bodypump and cycle classes with Jason and Xander.
Only issue I’ve encounter is parking which can be annoying which is why I only gave 4 * otherwise excellent value for money.
