Well constructed
Since visiting The Acton branch i have Noticed A increase in Staff That Better Represent The Over All Community. When arriving there Seemed to Be Many Group's of Women Afflicting On Men Who have Augmental Aggrevances.

Very happy with my first visit
My ‘Get Started’ session at the London Acton branch was very helpful and informative and Francesco was very polite and helpful.
The gym is very spacious and clean and I could use the machines I wanted to with ease.

Some facilities are not included while…
Not very big and some machines are not provided while there are more of some types

Spinning and zumba -are the best
I love spinning and also am a new convert to zumba and Puregym Acton excel at these classes . The zumba class run by Emma is fun and I forget am doing an exercise class . For the whole hour I am smiling and throughly enjoying the session - a welcome addition to the range of classes . The spinning instructors are great too.

CLEAN
CLEAN, well ventilated, good lighting. Just a day pass not a member to try it out. The free weights area has limited plates, squat racks, and the functional area doesn't have J Hooks on the racks that could easily become a squat rack. Difficulty getting key pad to accept PIN to exit and couldn't generate a QR code on App.

It takes a long time to get in and out of the gym but understand that securityis important. All in all, there's lots of equipment, clean changing rooms and helpful staff.

Nice and spacious
Nice and spacious, however some equipment is kind of broken like the seats for example.

We would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused. We would like to assure you that we are reviewing feedback and will ensure this is addressed in club.
Staff do undertake regular maintenance checks and work hard with our equipment providers to ensure that our equipment is fixed as soon as possible, if any should be broken. We are equally as disappointed when this happens and sometimes need to wait on engineers but will have all equipment in full working order as soon as is safely possible. If you have any concerns about equipment, please notify staff on site as soon as you can.

Puregym in Acton - Always opening late
Puregym in Acton.
They are meant to open at 6am, and people constantly have to wait outside several minutes for someone to show up and open the gym late. If you are looking to work out early in the morning, find a different gym

Nice gym but opening times should be expanded
Nice gym, equipment, people and location! The only suggestion I have is to get it open until 12pm (not 11pm). 24h gym would be awesome.
