Critically understaffed, and annoyingly unpredictablr
Critically understaffed, can’t find anyone not running a class. Awful environmental control, one room is roasting, another is cool, and can’t find anyone to moderate it. Keep getting moved from one room to another because the staff monopolise the whole space for their classes so can’t run my own program with kit that is being monopolised. Timetables frequently not up to date so can’t even plan around room availability.

I would recommend visiting Pure Gym putney for the attention to detail & approachability of Salma. This makes all the difference to the daily visits that many of us members make. Great gym with a welcoming atmosphere
PureGym Putney is a fantastic place to train. The gym is always kept clean and has a wide range of equipment, so there’s never a problem finding what you need. The atmosphere is really welcoming and the staff are friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The classes are fun, motivating, and cater for all fitness levels. It really feels like a supportive community where members can stay consistent and reach their goals.

Pure gym putney has the best Manager…
Pure gym putney has the best Manager and staff in any London gym i have been to. Salma Qureshi is hands down the most professional, approachable and considerate Manager I have ever met. This makes a huge difference and retains my membership to this specific gym above all others.

Excellent Manager
As a long time member of numerous pure gyms, i am very familiar with the pros & cons of the ‘no frills’ gym chain. I would like to mention the Putney Pure Gym Manager - Salma Qureshi. She is simply excellent. Salma is courteous, efficient, diligent AND always approachable. It is extremely rare to find someone who cares so much about their responsibilities. A wonderful and well overdue promotion for her. She is the sort of Manager who would retain my membership at this gym. VERY well done

My joining experience was OK, disappointing that I could not choose the start date i wanted for my membership, as I am still waiting for my current gym membership to end in 3 weeks.

All the treadmills have sweat on
All the treadmills have sweat on, gym equipment is old, you have to pay to weigh yourself and it's overcrowded

We’re afraid it's true, our gyms simply are very popular and so can become busy especially at peak times, but this does fluctuate throughout the day and from day to day.
