Excellent gym
Amazing gym amazing staff, the gym is clean and tidy. The cleaners are always present making sure everything it wiped down. Excellent job guys

There are far too many people on this…
There are far too many people on this small gym and far too little equipment to go around, cleaning and equipment are very well looked after and the p.t’sthat are there seem to find it funny laughing at other people who seem to be struggling with there pt and signalling to indicate that the client is stamping there feet. I just think that this is very unprofessional and good damn rude.

Please be aware due to the situation of our gyms it isn't always possible to extend the site itself, however, we are always looking to expand and improve our facilities where possible, so please keep an eye out for updates. If you have any specific suggestions regarding the layout of the gym please approach the Gym Manager or leave a note in the feedback box, which is regularly reviewed.
If you have nay concerns regarding the PT's, we would advise raising these with the Gym Manager so they can take a further look into this.

could be spaced out better and have a better flow of air in certain parts.
this place is okay but considering everything some areas of the gym seem to have the machines a bit close for comfort and the ventilation in some parts feels distinctly warm which would indicate a lack of fresh air or just an air con system that is too warm which is not a nice feeling in this day and age.

We pump over 2,000 litres of fresh air into our gyms every second though our ventilation systems. This helps to dilute airborne virus particles and ensure members have clean fresh air to workout and temperatures/air con in our gyms are automatically regulated by Smart machines, but if there is a persistent issue staff may be able to override it and can certainly report it to be checked by engineers.
If you have nay concerns, we would advise raising this with the Gym Manager.

Well I’ve done my 1st week as a member at pure gym and I’ve really enjoyed it been to 5 different classes and enjoyed everyone instructors so helpful friendly very clean well equipped easy to book classes

Slipping
Still a very good facility, however recently looking tired generally, went to train legs this morning and at least 2 key machines are broken and 1 of them has been for months now

Staff do undertake regular maintenance checks and work hard with our equipment providers to ensure that our equipment is fixed as soon as possible, if any should be broken. We are equally as disappointed when this happens and sometimes need to wait on engineers but will have all equipment in full working order as soon as is safely possible. If you have any concerns about equipment, please notify staff on site as soon as you can.

Okay gym
Okay gym, phone entry scanner never worked during Covid and very few hand sanitizer stations. They seem to be cutting corners on basic facilities and maintenance.
