My experience with Puregym
I^ve been coming here for six months,it^s a wonderful place.It^s very convenient for getting your body in shape,there are all the exercise machines and equipment for powerlifting.At first I trained with trainer, Anastasija taught me how to do the exerses correctly.She gave me a meal plan and workout plan.Thanks to this,I almost fit into the size I want.Now I know for sure that I can achieve the desired result if I don^t stop training.

I rejoined after being off for a year…
I rejoined after being off for a year due to ill health, process was simple and took about 1 minute, i got my old code back for entry keypad . All good.

PureGym is best uk gym the best staff and personal trainers
I always feel comfortable messaging pure gym because the staff r always very nice and friendly knowledgeable and understanding and very fast response about 24 hours and they r very busy pure gym I think is the best gym and the pt male and female r highly professional I would recommend getting a pt 2 reach your goal much faster it is money very well spent your health is your well

Clean gym , Amazing PTs available
I was very anxious and nervous about being in a gym as a woman, I had never been in one before and have several health issues, however I had the most supportive experience and now have the confidence to keep returning, I booked in with Lauren McMinn one of the PTs available , between her patience, extensive knowledge and ongoing support I not only met goals but started to feel more confident and better about myself than before . I highly recommend her as a personal trainer, she not only tailored the experience to my specific needs but went above and beyond creating a programme for me as well as check ins, absolutely would enquire about her services again ! The gym itself is always very clean and welcoming .

Gym closure & poor comms
Members including myself were sent an email at 9pm at night saying the gym would be closed to 8am the following morning - Not a reasonable notice period for a start.
However, the email stated it would reopen at 8am. It did not.
Instead multiple members including myself waited for 45 minutes on a member of staff opening it as per the email. No one arrived. At least 15 gym members came and went in the time some of us were stood there.
Completely sub-par and incompetent management of the situation.

Due to unforeseen circumstances all gyms had to close on the evening of 15/03. We do apologise for any inconvenience this caused.
With regards to late re-opening of the gym it would really help us if you could get in touch directly with the Gym Manager to provide more information so this can be properly investigated. Thanks, PureGym

Very good place to work out.
Very good place to work out. There is a lot of equipment and a lot of space and it is clean. There is a nice atmosphere. I recommend this gym:)

The place has far too little machines…
The place has far too little machines for the amount of people who go their. I go to PureGym intending to complete a 45 minute workout and end up taking an hour and a half waiting for machines.

Plenty of equipment cleaning products could be better
Plenty of equipment, but there is barely any spray and tissue available around the gym.
One spray and tissue is only located in one spot at the end of the gym, so it will of course discourage others to go out of the their way to wipe equipment down after they use it. I never see anyone except myself using it.

Brilliant gym
It is a very spacious, quiet, well located gym. You check yourself in and price for monthly membership is very reasonable. The staff are so nice and friendly even the people that go there are lovely no one judges or looks to make anyone uncomfortable.
