Why I am suppose get change
Where am I suppose get change? There’s no men changing it’s out of order. Even the disabled toilet don’t have a handle to flush. What happens if I want to do a number2. Pathetic no shower neither after I joined today and much regret it. Don’t know why I bothered

Exactly what's needed
Easy to sign up, use Blue light discount and enter the facilities. Very well located
All equipment needed was there, staff and other gym goers are very helpful and friendly

Am a better person.
I use this gym regularly. It's not got the greatest showers or changing room, but that's not what I'm there for! It's got incredible personal trainers and classes. It's good a lot of equipment that I use. I train weights a lot and over the 2 years I've been at this gym I've made huge improvements to my strength and fitness. Over the last 2 years I've seen Courtney Sheriff and she has been the most amazing personal trainer who has helped me so much in confidence in the gym and getting stronger!

Staff do undertake regular maintenance checks and work hard with our equipment providers to ensure that our equipment are fixed as soon as possible, if any should be broken. We are equally as disappointed when this happens and sometimes need to wait on engineers but will have all equipment in full working order as soon as is safely possible. Our gyms are indeed very popular and so can become busy especially at peak times, but this does fluctuate throughout the day. Members can also use the members area via the PureGym app or website to see how many people are in the gym. Thanks, PureGym.

Only appeared to be one staff member on site who then disappeared (downstairs?). So basically no sort of welcome therefore gym is just functional

As an online company, we don't have receptions. However, we have the cylinder POD doors that act as both an entrance and security system. The POD doors monitor entrance with individual 8 digit code.
As well as this, we have staff monitoring the gym during staffed hours, alongside a 24/7 CCTV team.
We do apologise for any inconvenience caused on your first visit.
It would really help us if you could get in touch directly with the Gym Manager to provide more information (such as date and time or names etc.) so this can be properly investigated.
In the meantime, I really do hope this does not put you off from attending the gym. Thanks, PureGym

Changing room
The sink and urinal always smell disgusting and it seems they cannot repair a hand dryer for over a month.

The gym and changing rooms are frequently dirty and there are numerous pieces that are broken that seem to take forever to be repaired. Seriously thinking of changing gyms.
