Kay PT sessions are brilliant
Been training with Kay since Jan 2022 and now i just wont train with anyone else. Always friendly along with his motivation, style and sense of humor which is infectious. Well worth the investment.
If you are thinking of getting a PT at calcot then look no further than Kay.

It is always so hot in the gym there is…
It is always so hot in the gym there is no movement of air and doesn't appear to be any air conditioning that the gym staff can control. When in the spin room doing a class it could do with some fans in there just to make the air move - other than that great so far

The temperature and length of the…
The temperature and length of the showers has evidently changed. After paying £33 pounds a month, the last thing I want to do is pay for a cold shower at 745am.
I have found many other customers think the same. Myself and around 8 other women were discussing on Tuesday that should this drop in temperature continue, this will be our last month and we will move to The Gym happily.
I expect to hear from you soon.

PT & Classes with Kay
I mostly book into Kays classes because they’re super motivational and make exercise fun. I recently started PT with him, and feeling so much fitter and stronger, he’s a really great trainer and super friendly 💪🏼

Training with Kay
This is a friendly gym with a relaxed atmosphere. I have been going to Kay’s classes for 2 years now and he has made keeping fit fun, exciting and challenging. I now have personal training with him and I love training more and more. Amazing trainer and a great gym.
