Don't bother,
Too many kids, playing on phones, for long spells of timeband way too busy.
Not always staff there to help.
Classes more like a night club, when they take place.

Misled on facilities
Well it didn't tell me that redditch Ringway don't have in person classes so am i able to use a different location for that! It isn't covered in my membership so not very happy

Gym classes not for beginners not shown what size weight to use or how to put step equipment together instructor did not walk the class to see if were doing exercises correctly and correct if needed upon speaking to instructor after class it was a one size fits all class not going to let it put me off

Cheap gym chain.
Generally cheap so my expectations are never high and the Redditch branch does have a variety of weight lifting equipment. However, the machine based equipment (treadmills, stair master etc.) are regularly broken and take weeks to be fixed. Maintenance of the equipment is none existent, after a recent issue involving a faulty bike causing personal injury, I sent several emails to the manager, never responds or seems to display any level of basic customer service. If you can afford it, there are much better gyms out there.

Visiting from Singapore it was difficult to sign up. Singapore country code was not in country code drop down box. But staff were helpful and once inside all was very good.

Bit small for the number of people, struggle to get machines but then maybe it’s because it’s daytime weekend. Feels like less space than when in town centre

It was my first time I went to a gym,thinking I would want to be judged however no one is it’s the perfect size gym it’s lovely, the only bad thing I have to say is the vending machines are very overpriced

Experience is poor as more members and so difficult to get to use equipment most times. Very frustrating and PureGym only care about profit not member experience.

Lack of cardio equipment and ques for days.
I have been a member of pure gym on and off since it first opened in the Redditch town centre. I found the range of equipment was perfect plenty of cardio machines and the layout was thought out. This move to the ringway seems to be a disaster the cardio machines have more than halved across the gym. The classes are less and weird times. The spacing of equipment seems to be where ever it could be carried was where it stayed and I have had one session at the new gym and I will be cancelling my membership straight after writing this and working out at another gym.
