Amazing Gym!
This if the first time I have ever had a gym membership or used a gym before but I have found the whole experience easy and enjoyable. The gym is always clean the staff are always on hand to help if you need it. There is a huge range of equipment all with helpful instructions on how to use each piece of equipment. Also the app is amazing with so many helpful features and it's extremely easy to use.

Development of workout
I thrilling to join at pure gym at Meadowhall retail park where i enjoying do enormous workout for keeping me fit and healthy as well,at the same time i think gym authority should take steps to improve providing some training classes for beginners like me and offering sports water for everyone.

Puregym is convenient
puregym is a convenient place for me, good variety of machines, can get quite packed but I don't blame them for that. Some machines that I'd like to use aren't there like the hack squat but there's still a good amount of other machines to use for all muscles. Squash tastes good, well kept changing rooms and no rubbish on the floors.

Perfect for a quick "in and out"
Perfect for a quick "in and out" on my way from work, plenty of parking, plenty of good equipment but at peak hours equipment not always available.

There is no assault bike
There is no assault bike
There is no tissues and spray to.self clean machines after use
The showers are being checked regularly but checking doesn't clean them.
Therefore 3 stars only

Temperatures and air conditioning in our gyms are automatically regulated by Smart machines, but if there is a persistent issue staff may be able to override it and can certainly report it to be checked by engineers. Thanks, PureGym.

I took advantage of the free 3 day pass…
I took advantage of the free 3 day pass but the dates were 24/12/24, 25/12/24,26/12:24. I was given the 24th in the afternoon therefore impossible to go as it closed at 4pm, closed 25/12/24 and only open limited hours 26/12/24. It was just a con.

I had the 3 day pass
I had the 3 day pass. The first day was as expected, come the second day I tried the code it would not allow me access to the gym.
There was no one in the gym to also help with the issue.
I didn’t go back again.

I was a bit shy at first
I was a bit shy at first, as actually I am not into sport or gym, but quickly learned how to use the equipment and quite enjoyed that. At that time was quite busy but still managed to find something to do. Nice atmosphere and people seemed to be friendly.
