I liked the opening hours and the flexibility. The only downside was the cleanliness. The toilets and the showers need to be cleaner so a regular cleaner should be employed.
I think gyms should also offer dance classes such as Salsa, Street dance, Belly Dancing etc

The spin class was fabulous
The spin class was fabulous! Richard is an amazing instructor and I really enjoy his classes.
The spin bikes need a lot of attention. Lots of issues need addressing.

Is okay but bad but some training machines they miss or are to old and the training area is very small ..the staff is very okay and very nice

Nice and clean gym
Nice and clean gym. Love the idea that there is a ladies area. The classes available are fabulous, but I hope that in the near future they will add more classes in the gym, e.g. zumba

Would recommend !
Had my first visit / first PT session was Lara very professional understanding and will push you. Gym was very clean and new facilities abit busier than expected but not the end of the world

Its a nice simple gym but the womans…
Its a nice simple gym but the womans area is so full at 9am whereas the mens side is empty. There clearly is a demand for a womans only area. Also some of the woman will be standing on the treadmill or machines and talking away to their friends without using the machine. There was also a lady sitting on the leg press on her phone without using it. This is really unfair for those who want to train.

We do have cleaners who come in each night to deep clean the gym and the staff will regularly clean the gym/equipment throughout the day.

Love the place
Love the place, great friendly staff, the class sessions are fun and hard work and give you a great workout!
There is a great variety of equipment to use too and it feels a nice safe environment to train in.
The only reason Ive not given a 5-star, is that a lot of the locks on the locker doors don’t work right and could do with replacing!
Maybe I’m nitt-picking, but it is something I think needs improving.
Otherwise great though!
