Staff do undertake regular maintenance checks and work hard with our equipment providers to ensure that our equipment are fixed as soon as possible, if any should be broken. We are equally as disappointed when this happens and sometimes need to wait on engineers but will have all equipment in full working order as soon as is safely possible. If you have any concerns about equipment, please notify staff on site as soon as you can. Thanks, PureGym.

Absolutely dreadful gym
Absolutely dreadful gym. I had only ben there a couple of weeks and a guy started stalking me in the gym then when I came out the shower with my towel on he was there with a phone in his hand and I suspect he was taking photos when my back was turned. Then he starked jerkin off in the corner. I complained to the gym who fobbed me and told me to email safespace.org (more like waste of space). I cancelled my membership but they asked me to comeback and said they would freeze my membership for free while they investigate. After 6 weeks I received an email stating "sorry to hear you are leaving the gym" I checked my bank account and they had already cancelled my direct debit without telling me. They don't give a sh**t. Its a perverts paradise, Beware!!!

We offer free Wi-Fi in most of our gyms. Members need to select O2 Wi-Fi from the list of networks and, once connected, open a browser on their device and follow the instructions to log in .
You can check whether your gym offers free Wi-Fi by heading to your specific gym page on our website. You can also check with your Gym Team on your next visit!

Value for money and great place to get…
Value for money and great place to get a workout and equipment is always of a high standard.
In my local gym the showers are always cleaned regularly, lockers all work and the equipment is always in working order. The turnaround for faulty equipment being fixed is easy and fast.

Great class with a great coach
It was my first strength class like this at the gym and I will definitely go again! Leon put a great class on and was very different to the circuit classes I have been to before. He was great at showing us technique and really pushed everyone to work at 100%. I hope to do some more strength training with Leon in the future- 5*!!

Good gym
Good gym, was a bit full after 8 pm, but it's OK after 30 mins went OK. Loved the studio with the mirrors and steppers.

Low tech knowlege consumer.
Web site could be easier to find payment details and options, Armed with pin number I attended mid week day afternoon to find code wouldn't work for me, after several goes on different available key pads. Fortunately 2 members of staff came in behind me, asked what the problem was and were able to open on my code.
Otherwise fine surprised how busy it was.

The customer service is next to none
The customer service is next to none. I was not sure about communicating via their online portal and not by telephone. However, as promised, I received a response to my email query within the 24 - 48 hours period.

Excellent fitness classes
The classes are absolutely brilliant. The trainers make you work very hard, its like having a PT session. Zumba is excellent and well put together, one of the best I been too.
