Rude management
Rude management, The manager Ryan is more interested in flirting with the women and texting on his phone than give a tour of the gym. Puregym honestly you need to train your managers better

Things I like -
1) Enjoyable gym classes
2) An intuitive and user-friendly app experience 3) cleanliness
Areas for Improvement:
1) Difficulty in booking popular classes like cycling and LBT due to constant full bookings
2) While limiting bookings to 8 classes is appreciated, it would be beneficial to consider confirmed bookings rather than those in the queue awaiting confirmation.

Small and busy
Decent gym and equipment but far too small. 90% of time you are waiting around to get on equipment a 1 hour session can easily go on to be be a very frustrating 2 hour session and i have been different times during the day, that's why I cancelled. If they have the capacity to expand and get more equipment then worth it.

Great equipment, could do with being tidied up, and the Web site is a bit hopeless at this time of year, can't say what the opening hours are.

Good modern gym
Good modern gym. All machines are well maintained and the gym is kept clean. Staff are polite and helpful. Had one incident a few weeks ago when the gym was late opening, but since then all good.

It's a compact gym and at times can feel crowded. The equipment isn't cleaned regularly enough . There's often tissues, rubbish etc in the cup holders of the equipment and people leave half drunk bottles of water just lying around! And more often than not the disabled parking bays are used by people who don't need them !

Joined Pure Gym Solihull (Sears Park)…
Joined Pure Gym Solihull (Sears Park) last week. Visited this morning at 6am and no members of staff were there to open up. Waited 20 minutes in the rain and then went home.
Whilst in queue, I spoke to a group of people who told me the gym not opening on time is not uncommon.
I would avoid this gym as it’s amateurish and badly run. I plan on cancelling my membership.
