Great offers all the time, good for boosting confidence to get going and save money, 24/7 access is important for me and a great feature. The app has improved a lot with new features and classes, Tutorials etc

Terrible place for some
Terrible place for some , unless you’re part of the cool club …. Can’t even keep yourself to yourself and get on with a workout in peace …. You like to provoke, gossip make fun of others.. as if people don’t notice…. You can carry on , no skin off my nose, but it will most definitely come back to you ten fold , legally offcourse

PureGym Southampton central experience
While visiting my daughter, we both joined the Southampton central gym and feel very happy that we did. The experience had been awesome.The gym is very spacious and has good equipments. The gym staff are friendly. I usually join their spin classes which is thrilling. Zoe and Kazeem run amazing spin classes. I know that I will be back on my next visit.

Non existent customer service
I went to the branch in Southampton to have a look at the gym before becoming a user. Regrettably, there was no customer service to be seen anywhere and could not get in. I will be joining another gym that values customer service and experience.

Exceptional PT sessions
I trained with Greg Small at PureGym Southampton Central. Greg is an outstanding personal trainer! He's helped me lose over 10kg, significantly increase my strength, and completely transform my body. What I love most is how he makes our PT sessions both effective and enjoyable. Greg's expertise in body recomposition shines through in his tailored approach. Thanks to his support and knowledge, I've not only achieved great results but also developed a genuine enthusiasm for fitness. I recently joined PureGym UK at their Southampton Central location, and the experience has been great overall. The gym offers a spacious environment with a wide range of equipment, including some unique machines like the Ab Crunches and Leg Press on the first floor. While the men's locker room is quite compact, the warm showers are a nice touch. The professional and friendly instructors keep the classes exciting, which has motivated me to stay committed to a healthy lifestyle. On the downside, the gym can get a bit warm with limited air conditioning, and some bike machines are occasionally out of order. Despite these minor issues, it's a solid gym that I would recommend to others. Four stars!

Great gym, sometimes overcrowded
I was in Southampton from Canada for a week and got a three-day pass to get my workouts in. Great gym! Machines are new, gym and dressing room are clean, staff are friendly. Only drawback is that it can be a bit crowded, sometimes it’s difficult to find a bench.

Very good gym not sure about the app but the gym itself is fantastic
I’m very happy to be a member of pure gym Southampton central is a very good gym cardio machines and the free weights and machines are top quality and very impressed with the cables too I went and had visit on the day I joined and was instantly very impressed and planning to try other pure gyms in future where ever I be sure be a blast !
