Staff and pre-joining info
It was easy to join online but I wanted a chance to see inside the Stratford upon Avon gym before deciding. There were never any staff around when I visited, even after I emailed to inform them I was coming that day. Some gym members even tried to help by going to find staff to meet me, but they found no one. I have booked an induction for tomorrow and hope I won't have to cancel the membership if I find out it is not what I am looking for. Hopefully, it will be fine. Thank you.

I am very grateful for this gym. thank you so much 🥰
Everytime I go up in gym weights I feel empowered .
The only negative thing I would say is some services users don’t clean nor tidy up after themselves 🫢
I end up putting equipment away and putting weights back where they belong .
Some service users leave bottles of water or juice about ( some stations have bottles of water in cup holder ) seriously !! There are bins nearby
Why are some people so lazy and disrespectful??
My goodness 🫣
I wish some people had self discipline and took pride and care in the environment they are in as well as thinking about others .

Regarding the point raised, we would like to assure you that we are reviewing feedback and will ensure this is addressed in club
It is in the gym rules that members should return their own weights or risk suspension, but at peak times especially it can be hard to police this.
However, staff on site do everything they can while we also have CCTV monitoring the free weights and are looking for new ways to combat this. Thanks, PureGym

An unfit gym class novice!
As an unfit gym class novice of 58, I felt welcome and supported by Shannon during the entire session!
I found it very challenging but took Shannon's advice to do as much as I felt comfortable with.
Quads were killing me the next day but I'm hoping to sign up and slowly get fitter.

Nice and tidy
Nice and tidy gym, newer dressing rooms and showers, newer equipment that in other pure gyms however there isn’t spinning studio, there are just two standing bikes and that’s it.

Large group of young men there
Large group of young men there. Half weren't using the machines but instead were just sat on them so couldn't use them. All very loud. Was very intimidating being a female and felt very uncomfortable.
Also not as much equipment as I thought there would be..

Staff during the day at Stratford-upon-Avon are superb. Nice ,welcoming and helpful . Equipment is well maintained and clean .
My only issue with the place is that there is no coffee machine

Great improvement, It lovely to see staff helping others
WOW , massive improvment in Pure gym stratford upon avon . There lots staff about, it lovely seeing them helping others so they can reach their goals. I was Happy how clean and tidy the enviroment is .
Didnt have to wait long to use the equitment.
