We offer our members as much flexibility as possible to freeze or cancel their memberships, but banks require 3 working days to process direct debit payments.
This is why we have to state in our Terms and Conditions memberships must be frozen or cancelled at least 4 working days before your payment date to prevent the payment from being taken.
If within this timeframe you will be unable to cancel online, but can reach out to your bank direct to see if they can stop this collection.

Great vibe. But the air conditioning was not cool enough. Plenty of cardio machines. Would recommend this branch.

Bentley Bridge Pure Gym closed Monday…
Bentley Bridge Pure Gym closed Monday 18th and Tuesday 19th. Told you reopen on Wednesday at 6am. I attended the gym Monday morning before 6am and almost immediately got told to leave the gym immediately due to refurbishment/refit. I am aware these are necessary, but I was not made aware of this via email. I was told you did send an email but I have checked and no such email has ever been sent. The app doesn’t inform either that the branch is closed. This is not good communication and not good.

The process of setting up my membership…
The process of setting up my membership was not the problem, what was was when I turned up to the gym and I wasn't able to get in. When I spoke to a member of staff they said my Account is pending. They let me in as I have paid but I couldn't use the water dispenser as again the account is pending. There is no way of finding out why it's still pending.

I went to pure gym on a friend pass
I went to pure gym on a friend pass. Once there I found the experience higher than expectation. The gym was warm, clean with a large amount of free weights plus dumbbells plus machines. 👍🏿

OK but small and lacking in equipment
Decent enough if your aim is to get an average workout. The problem is that the gym is very small, during peak hours it can be cramped and get HOT inside. I sympathise that you can only fit so many machines in the space, but this means there is only one smith machine, one flat bench press rack etc.
Gym however is kept clean and staff are friendly.

i like how on each machine it tells you what body part it works, it's great for new joiners like myself, and there's many people in there that don't mind helping you if you ask them something.

Been a member at this gym for a few…
Been a member at this gym for a few months now, good and bad,TBF. Moved from puregym Walsall because I had an incident with another gym member with an attitude problem. Makes me laugh when puregym promote a friendly atmosphere.not entirely true. Unfortunately theres a culture within gyms of people with no curtesy or maners and just want to act the tough guy around the gym. Very sad. Also people hoging the equipment on their phones for prolonged periods. Your only supposed to rest for approx 1m 30s inbeetween sets for maximum training benefits people! On the plus side the equipment is well maintained the staff are generally polite and helpful.hopefully things will improve soon or il be moving on AGAIN! Lol.

We would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused. We would like to assure you that we are reviewing feedback and will ensure this is addressed in club. Staff do undertake regular maintenance checks and work hard with our equipment providers to ensure that our equipment is fixed as soon as possible, if any should be broken. We are equally as disappointed when this happens and sometimes need to wait on engineers but will have all equipment in full working order as soon as is safely possible. If you have any concerns about equipment, please notify staff on site as soon as you can.
