The worst gym in worcester. There's a lot of cardio equipment, but the amount of resistance machines is ridiculous, they need a lot more for the amount of members they have. There's a lot of space with nothing in it where a lot more equipment could go.

Generally a great gym however the constant flickering light in the weights section is starting to get annoying. As a health hazard to some I should expect it gets sorted soon

Worcester branch is nowhere near where it used to be.
Equipment is worn, quite often labelled as "out of use" for weeks.
Changing rooms are dirty, one out of 2 toilets is constantly "out of use". Even soap dispenser is broken for last 3 months!

Good all round gym with a good atmosphere and a good standard of equipment

Great gym and great staff members. I have came early to the gym twice outside of my off-peak hours since I made a mistake with what hours I should be allowed but the staff still let me in and had informed me of what hours i'm allowed. I plan on upgrading my membership but will have to wait until the 15th of Decembers.
There's a lot of equipments to use and a wide variety of classes that I would like to take part in at some point.

Always clean environment big open space a lot of equipment

It’s a decent gym that is not utilising the space they have. Equipment could be better organised and spaced out to get more equipment in. Aside from that though, it is a very clean and I notice it’s often cleaned, with friendly polite staff.

Good well maintained gym equipment but only awarded 3* because often the changing and toilet facilities are filthy especially at weekends, the lockers are very narrow my backpack needs a good squeeze to fit. Also the bicycle rack is small and crammed sometimes it is difficult to safely secure and lock my bike.

It’s got everything you need only issue is how busy it is and notice people just sit on the machines do not do any workouts but sit on there phones so others cannot use

All the staff are extremely friendly and the equipment is always clean and ready to use
