I have a brilliant PT at the Brentford Pure Gym. Her name is Amz and she really motivates me. I now enjoy going to the gym!

I like the location
I like the location, there is all the equipment I need and I really like the 24 hour access. Showers are a bonus and useful to me.

Such a welcoming gym I feel so at home here. The encouragement the staff give are honestly INSANE!!!
Naz and Alison have honestly gave me such a drive to get fitter. They make it FUN and inclusive they feel like family. They deliver the most wonderful classes with so much insight into what areas we will be targeting. What a joy to get to train with these POWERHOUSES!!!!!

Their clientele are disgustingly
Their clientele are disgustingly. Always use the disabled spaces and don’t have a badge. Watched one very muscled guy amble in the few feet from the disabled spaces and he used. I had to park away and when I got back to my car another testosterone idiot had parked well over the line so I couldn’t open my door. When I asked ho to moved he got all mouthy with a middle-aged, disabled woman. I will not use anymore

it was great. It would be even better if there was tissues in the restroom and sanitizing liquid and wipes available to wipe down machines after use like it is in the other gyms in Hounslow.

Can not recommend the PureGym on…
Can not recommend the PureGym on Tottenham Court Road. Have been there multiple times and facilities especially changing rooms & toilets are always dirty. Staff is also not very attentive. Will change gym soon.

Great Gym
Great Gym, great PT (James Warren)
The gym is always clean, equipment is usually available or only a short wait.
PT is fabulous. James makes all the difference to my confidence. He has given me a program that I can build on and am happy to do on my own outside my 1-1 PT sessions.

When the gym was working (Bidston moss)…
When the gym was working (Bidston moss) it was perfectly fine, but it's now been closed for around 2 months without any communications of when it may reopen.

We do try and keep disruption to a minimal. Whilst these works are ongoing, access has been opened up to other PureGym locations so you don't miss a workout. The staff are friendly and helpful in a professional way, it is nice and cool, there is plenty of space and, plenty to do. The price is reasonable for a month's worth. I just think it is good in so many ways.

Today was my first day at the gym
Today was my first day at the gym, no experience at all therefore I booked a PT Taster session with Kane Ashley, I arrived in time, no PT there.
First impression bad.
Very disappointed as I booked the session in advanced and organised my diary.
At least Ryan the manager showed me the gym and facilities.
