I have been with Pure Talk for about 8 yrs. I've had such a great experience with their service! Customer Service is outstanding! Called with a problem today and the young lady (Nicole) walked me through the steps and it was resolved.

I called in with a minor issue getting into my voicemail. The lady who helped me was very friendly and very helpful. She had me fixed up and into my voicemail in less than 5 minutes. Great customer service.

Absolutely phenomenal customer service and their cell service is just as amazing!!

The agents that answered the phone were very pleasant and were able to figure out my issue. It was user error, of course. Thank you!

I’ve been with pure talk for almost 3 years now, and have had nothing but the best experience from any cell phone provider. I’ve been with for over 25 years now.
I’m now paying the cheapest monthly bill ever for a cell phone with an unlimited plan ever! You have to chk them out! They even give a discount to all veterans as well.
I have great reception on my phone and I’ve been noticing lately that I get reception in areas where I wasn’t able to before. For example, at my work I get reception in the parking garage, which is underground! That never happened before!
All the cell phone companies use the same towers, but pure talk has a more customer friendly service. When you need to reach out to them for anything, a customer service representative is only a phone call and one press of a button away. No waiting no pressing six different buttons to get to an operator only to be put on hold, or speaking with somebody that you can’t understand.
Earlier today, I actually called pure talk to purchase a new iPhone and I couldn’t been any more happier with my experience with my customer representative Olympia. She was so helpful and friendly while making my purchase over the phone with her. 10 out of 10 experience!
You really have to take the time to check this company out and give it a try! You won’t be disappointed! You’re just going to save money on your monthly bill.

If u need to contact Puretalk re a problem, lock your guns up. It is such a frustrating experience that I found myself looking at my revolver. No, I was not going to shoot myself. I was going to shoot my phone. I am going back to t mobile. Pure talk was okay until I had an issue: then Sayonara!

Called the support line to get an eSim for my wife's new phone. Customer Service Representative was friendly, polite, knowledgeable and thorough in her responses to our questions and in getting the eSim installed on the phone. Very good experience.

I love pure talk. Their customer service is unbeatable. Their phone service is awesome. I don't miss verizons overpriced plans or crap customer service. Not one little bit.

Puretalkusa customer service was very helpful and took time to explain my monthly data usage. Very happy with PureTalk and I have been a satisfied customer for many years.

I’ve had Pure Talk for over 5 years, I love my phone and Pure Talk is a great provider. Their help department is great too. Ask for Mia, she’s great.

Why is it I can't turn off the call forwarding settings?
When the phone is busy it says forwarding to +12142269138; the same with When unanswered and When unreachable??? This number notes it is in Texas, and it is 'high spam risk'??
In addition, why does it take approx 14-15 hours for a voice mail message to come into me? Thank you, M Kirby

Awesome service, always! Not only friendly and knowledgeable, they are compassionate. Joi who helped me today with my expired credit card issue (and about to disconnect!) was so understanding of my “ freaking out” mode and helped me so precisely and quickly! PureTalk is involved in good cause, such as helping veterans. They are helping us with great service and great price as well. Highly recommended!!

I worked with Destiny today just set up a new phone. While I'm decently good at this, I wasn't comfortable and she walked me through every step of the way not only accurately finding every option but also just being super friendly and nice in the process. Honestly, it was probably the best part of my day today and I really enjoy working with Pure Talk. I would love working with destiny again, but you know what I have. No reason to call for customer support because the system is just that good. Thanks destiny I hope you're having a great day and I hope you find that medium cheese pepperoni pizza we talked about. Jessica from customer service with pure talk was one of the worst customer service calls I have ever had from any company. Others at pure talk were kind and patient and willing to help fix the issues with my brand new phone, while Jessica only interrupted, denied me from talking to anyone else or talking to a technician, refused to actually listen to the problem going on, spoke down to me as if I know nothing or was lying….Im basically left with the option to pay them more for a plan I’ve never needed until this new phone and issues or leaving and going with a new carrier. At this point I’d rather pay more for a new carrier because when issues arise, Jessica from customer service will not allow you any access to anyone to actually get the problem resolved or to even help you understand or troubleshoot.
EDIT TO RESPOND TO THE RESPONSE:
I understand how the data plan works. My question was I have always had a 15 GB plan. I have never had an issue with that plan. November I hit 16GB which makes sense because we were out of town and I want connected to WiFi for almost a week. When the data cycle restarted, I happened to get a new phone from pure talk and actived it that same day. 17 GB were used in 4-5 days. Less than 2GB were used by any apps (less than 2GB of all apps combined). Over 15GB were used solely in System Services, specifically Documents and Sync. I’m no tech expert, which is why I was calling to figure out 1-what does that even mean, 2-how to correct that because that’s not normal, and 3- how to prevent that from continuing to use so much data in that particular area. I spent over 3 hours on the phone with puretalk last week trying to figure it out, but no one could give an answer (besides turn everything off when you’re not on WiFi- which should not be the solution). When calling to follow up a week later (as was discussed with the tech specialist last week) Jessica REFUSED to transfer the call, refused to offer any advice or tips or anything useful, just kept saying “I can’t tell you what you’re doing but you used it all and you need to buy more data”. Going from 16GB in a full month to over 17GB in less than a week clearly is not normal and I was shocked when Jessica responded the way she did, in the tone she did…

I have a problem with my voicemail. I was connected with Arthur. He was very courteous and professional and honest with me about my problem. I have an older model phone and he suggested I consider upgrading to a newer model as he pointed out that that my phone operating system was no longer being updated. He did not suggest that I buy from any particular vendor. I was already considering a new phone anyway. I'm very appreciative of his honesty as I have recently noticed a trend of service companies recommending more of their service rather than considering what is best for the customer. I give Arthur and PureTalk a 5 Star review for both support and service!

I am so glad that I followed Jesse Kelly’s advice and switched to PureTalk! I used to pay 200 a month for 2 lines with AT&T. Now I pay 67 a month for 2 lines. And the customer support has been amazing! Shout out to Nicole!

Pure talk and Mike Rowe are a scam. They kept preaching about their 24.99 for life plan and I tried all December to get an iPhone 17 Pro and they were out of stock. Now magically as the sale ends they are back in stock. They are no less corrupt than Verizon or AT&T.

Your response below just shows how corrupt and AI generated you are. It’s OK to be that way. But Pure Talk and Mike Rowe are pretending to be something they’re not. A company that actually gives a shit.
