I am disappointed in the yarn
I am disappointed in the yarn, very difficult to knit with, color bleeds onto fingers and other clothing, and the fibers shed.

Looking at your order history, we understand that you are referring to our Blackbird Linen, and we’re very concerned to hear that the dye is rubbing off since there should be no color transfer at all with this yarn. We are refunding you for these skeins right now but would also love to send you complimentary replacement yarn if you’d like to try again with a batch that does not have this dye transfer issue or even send you something else entirely if you’d like to try another yarn. It is true that linen yarn can be more difficult to work with because it is an inelastic fiber, and because of this it is not everyone’s favorite, but some people truly enjoy working with it. We appreciate you letting us know about your experience, and we hope we can help you find a yarn you love!

The yarn is sooo lovely!! Pretty accurate to listing photos and I'm happy with the 2 different types i bought for projects! The mini skein gift is a really lovely addition and nice way to try with low commitment! I've already started a knitting project with my new linen quill yarn and love working with it!

Loving the Oleander; knitting up a little summer weight color work sweater (Alpine Bloom by Caitlin Hunter). I was a little skeptical about the Witch Hazel for a washcloth, but it's my new favorite, better than the old Home Life. Super fluffy, but dries in a jiff so no worry about that mildewy smell. Great customer service, very nicely packaged.

Love the yarn I purchased
Love the yarn I purchased! Making cotton/linen washcloths for guests at a bridal luncheon. The yarn is a wonderful weight and so easy to work with. Perfect color for the wedding party. Ordering was a breeze and it arrived quickly!

Colors on websight not accurate
Yarn is lovely , websight of colors terrible so a lot of pricey postage back and forth . Used to be on east coast (ny) now in CA . Cost me $20 to return 6 skeins of color issues of yarn .

I love my purl soho yarn. I hate that you sent me a sample of yarn to make the bobble blanket though!!!! It’s so pretty, so I am going to have to buy the yarn and the pattern. Just sending it, and letting me touch it, tricked me into wanting to buy it. I guess I’ll have to suck it up and love it!!! Lol. Just kidding, it’s so beautiful. Thanks for sending it.
