Within a few months, he saved £300 from his part-time job, then a sample-sized order was placed with a supplier for 4 products. My favourite gym brand
My favourite gym brand! I’m shocked at the negative reviews.. I’ve been buying from Persue Fitness for 3+ years. It’s the only brand I’ve bought that fits just right! No sliding down when working out, but fits my small waist and bigger thighs. Honest squat proof ratings so I know exactly what I’m getting! I’ve tried other brands but ALWAYS end up returning items and coming back to Persue Fitness. Found returns here super easy too if I need to change a size.

Ordered two of the same size
Ordered two of the same size, just different colour leggings, purple are totally different size despite labels showing same size. Black ones are super comfy but purple are size down, I only noticed it when getting ready for gym. You should have tried both when they arrived but I trusted they were labelled correctly.
I contacted company, sent video, only got they will stretch response? They are absolutely two different sizes
I won’t purchase again

Edit: Response to PURSUE- this isn’t just a slight size difference, this is comfortable and confident working out Vs constantly checking if my leggings didn’t split!

We can see you did email our team regarding this and after looking at the images provided there was a slight difference in the way the items looked fresh out of the packaging. Our team did explain that due to the different dyes used on the products this can affect how the items feel when first viewed/worn despite being from the same collection but after the first or second wear they will fit in the same way.

Absolutely shocking service
Absolutely shocking service. My order never arrived despite a 3–5 working day delivery promise and I’ve now waited over 2 weeks. Getting a refund has been a nightmare — constant hoops, unnecessary forms, and no clear communication. I asked for a full refund including delivery, yet they ignored this and claimed they “re-sent” the item instead. Completely unprofessional and misleading. Would not recommend at all.

Order took more than 5 weeks to arrive…
Order took more than 5 weeks to arrive (was told would take max 11 business days). Delivery was supposed to be free (as I made a large order), but the delivery company asked me for GBP 20 to receive the order. When I complained to the store, they told me they will take the return, but would deduct the cost of delivery for return. Incredibly disappointing customer service and I won’t be ordering again.

Size guide completely wrong - top way too big
Size guide is completely wrong it said I needed a size small according to my chest size and the top absolutely swamped me - not at all flattering. Quality not that great either - material very thin. Disappointed as I liked the selection of colours available but definitely not worth the money

Fab brand, quick delivery. I got the allure full length halter neck top, fits amazing I would say true to size. The quality is great, so much better than many other brands I’ve tried. You can tell it’s been made to last the quality was the first thing I noticed. Overall I would definitely recommend this brand and definitely the halter neck top if you’re looking for a full length style it’s perfect!!

Haven't had any issues with Pursue. Delivery was very speedy and the clothes are of high quality. Only downside for me is that their clothes are slightly overpriced but I would recommend them anyhow and would definitely consider buying some more clothing, especially if it's on sale.

I’m obsessed with pursue fitness bra built in tops! They are amazing not only are they such good quality and have been logically designed but they are also not cropped which is a big plus as most places are! I used to religiously buy gymshark but…
I used to religiously buy gymshark but a few years ago noticed their quality had gone down hill and their fit wasnt as good as well as the designs being quite cheap and garish looking.
I didnt know who to swap to as theres so many brands now. I took a risk and ordered pursue fitness and now its all I order !
Have recommended them to ao many people. Their fabrics are much better, softer, last longer and wash lovely. They fit well, I am 5'2 and find gym leggings can be all the wrong proportions for me but pursue are always perfect!
If i ever have to swap for a different size the exchange process is super quick and easy too. I literally cannot fault Pursue !

This is my 5th gym set from Persue fitness and I am still wearing the first set regularly, the fabric is stretchy yet still fits my body perfectly! This is the only gym brand I have found that makes squat proof and cellulite hiding leggings not forgetting how it sinches in my waist! I love the designs and colour options! The only downside side is the price but I’ve unfortunately paid more for sets that lasted 2/3 work outs! Easy to order, fast delivery and beautiful sets! Thank you persue fitness, I will be ordering many more 🙌💕

I’ve placed several orders with Pursue Fitness now and been delighted with everything I’ve ordered. Great value and great quality. I do strength/resistance training and the leggings are perfect for this. Love the styles, fit and material. I’ve also ordered various different styles of tops and just keep going back for more. I used to purchase items from pursue fitness about 8 years ago and the quality was good cotton work out tops, I recently ordered two tge same as my old 8 year old tops and they were terrible quality polyester so I sent them back, I won't order from them again.

The black cropped jacket was terrible
The black cropped jacket was terrible - I have this in grey and it’s thicker and fits well.
This black one was cheap and nasty thin material, huge for a size small - which my grey one is - and had enormous wide sleeves that were way to long - I’m annoyed at having to pay a delivery and return postage for something of such shocking quality.
Also, taking forever to receive my refund yet you take the original payment and then return postage immediately- no excuse for holding onto a refund for this length of time with today’s instant banking.
A friend also bought the same cropped jacket and it was the same poor quality and the zip fell off after one wear.
FYI - ordered 24/05, received on 28/05 and returned same day - still no refund.

Delivery & returns
The goods were delivered quickly and I loved the colours. I do mainly strength training, pilates and tai chi but also cycle to the gym and classes. The fit and sturdiness of the Scrunch style did not feel suitable for all of these functions. The goods were returned and receipt has already been acknowledged. I am waiting for exchange goods and credit of remaining value.

Horrible experience
Horrible experience. A bunch of scammers. They refused to issue a refund for an order I never received.
I spent a lot of time communicating with their support team, providing screenshots and a detailed explanation of the situation, yet nothing was resolved.
This is the first time I have ever had such an issue with an online purchase, and the first time I have felt compelled to leave a review.
This entire situation has caused not only financial loss, but also significant frustration and unnecessary stress, especially after I did everything required on my side to resolve it.
I will be happy to remove this review once they come to their senses and do the right thing by issuing a refund.

Refusing to refund as saying they have not received my return even though I have proof from Royal Mail tracked delivery of it being received by them. Told me to go through Royal Mail for the refund who are also refusing as have photo and signature of the return! Useless customer service who’s very unhelpful. I’ll never shop here again.
