i CAN NOT THANK THE STAFF ENOUGH! i just started my policy with them recently and i've had a lot of problems happen at once from family to financial to my car breaking down and they have done everything they possibly can to be welcoming, accommodating and understanding. i used the chat bot and i had Shannon helping me who was absolutely amazing and needs a promotion or bonus for the professionalism and care that was shown. i will always recommend Quote Detective. i cant thank the staff enough. they truly are hero's without capes (i think they don't wear capes). The only thing id suggest to everyone is don't bother calling just go straight to the chat bot its so much faster and better! Thank you team!

Spoke to Hannah from the customer service team, made me feel I was in the right hands. Was very friendly and treated me like a human being. Cant recommend enough.

Stay away from this, worst customer service never receive phone call and never reply your email, total fraud, not providing no claim bonus, reporting for conduct authority soon.

Hi, I would like to say Jaimie Treharne was dealing with chasing up my change of address on my driving licence. She has absolutely wonderful customer service skills. Very understanding and most polite as well as helpful. Thanks and appreciated.

Shocking Company policy and customer service. Policy got cancelled Friday 4pm after direct debt was missed. Immediately tried to resolve this the same day however payment link didn't work. Got in touch with finance provider and they advised getting in touch with them. Couldn't get through to them was in queue on hold, so I dropped them an email on Fri @ 4.30pm after I was told this. Called them back on Monday and was told it's too late to re-instate and I lost my £300+ deposit and incurred cancellation charges; £90+ other charges from finance provider. Dropped them another email. Never got a response back. NOT IN CONSUMERS BEST INTEREST. They have stopped me from working and made this extremely stressful. Matter could have easily been resolved, Had the funds in different bank account and became impossible to resolve a simple matter. Will be raising complaint with the financial ombudsman. If you guys grow a conscience and resolve this and I will remove my feedback and from taking matter further.

I would suggest avoiding it. They have really good staff but when they sell policy over the phone instead of online they do make mistakes, they have whole license check code but still harassing me for last 3 days. I asked for sdp and commuting to work but the guy selling policy over the Phone i think forgot to add commuting and now im stuck with no car to go to work.
