Do not buy any policy from this people they are really impersonating FBI detectives , they have asked me silly questions ,like what my wife driving, or what panties I am wearing, or if I can give them my insurance number ? I have told them I can provide the share code from DVLA instead , never heard to provide insurance number ,he said I have a claim of 22k on my name which was never true , he tried to bump the price , I just got myself new policy for 2150£, with all the claims declared , the other broker did not asked me your detective mental questions. The guy on the phone was called Thomas Henstridge. Avoid this broker at all costs ,or it will cost your life savings .

Kelsey was brilliant and very helpful. Got what I needed straight away.

Avoid this company at all costs. It took an exhausting 1 hour and 40 minutes just to explain my situation to them. To make matters worse, the agent dealing with me was completely unprofessional. He kept going on and off the phone, repeatedly saying "give me 2 minutes," but leaving me waiting for 15 minutes instead. I eventually had to tell him to just call me back. While he did finally call back like he promised, the actual service was shambolic.
Despite spending nearly two hours on the phone making everything crystal clear, they still managed to completely ignore my instructions. Today, they sent over a Statement of Fact (as seen in image.png) with entirely incorrect details, wrongly listing my licensing authority as Reigate and Banstead Borough Council.

My actual authority is Transport for London (TFL), and I got my PCO licence a week ago. To waste hours of my time, leave me hanging on the phone, and then issue a legally binding insurance document with the wrong licensing body is total negligence. This company does not care about your time or your livelihood. Absolute joke.

Spoken to Hasan to deal with taxi insurance. He was very patient and very polite and professional, explained everything clearly, an assett to your team. Very pleased he found us a deal. Thank you.

Terrible insurance company they will slander you horrible Welsh lady thinks she is a police officer they will dobble the price an use your past for an excuse she preformed a google search and and a matter not related to driving decided to double my insurance asked silly question will never use again I went with Adrian flux was half the price and half the hassle :)

This was my first time booking insurance as I am a first time driver and I had my experience with Aaron Corringan and he was an absolute star. You wouldnt even of known that he was recently employed with the company, it felt like he has been working there for a very long time.

He put me at ease with my purchase, he made sure I understood everything clearly and broke down every detail, so he made sure to check with his manager whenever he wasnt sure instead of telling me whatever I wanted to hear.
