Very Professional, quick to respond and to make changes on the fly as needed

Rackmount has always been my go to company for any server accessories in my racks. They have great prices, incredible customer service and prompt order processing and shipping.

Ordering and deliver was easy, like the follow-up from customer service!

I was tasked with ordering mutliple racks with very little information regarding the configuration needed. John was very helpful in helping me walk through all the options available to make the correct choices. In addition, he and the company provided multiple shipping options with quick turnaround times.
There is still something to be said for a knowledgable person talking to you on the phone and great customer service.
Lastly, the products are quality, my client has since ordered more racks asking for the same gear and configuration.

and above all, the customer service isn't BS. I enjoy it and they are straight to the point when I ask them the questions I need answers for. I recommend RackMount, even if they are a little bit more than other competitors' racks, but you get a much better quality when it comes to getting a good AV/IT rack.

Highly recommend Rackmount Solutions. They have a large selection of products, and their customer service is top notch. When UPS damaged a cabinet, they arranged for a replacement, quick refund, and pickup of the original very quickly. Jay and Wynne are excellent!

Ordering professional IT products can be difficult. Rackmount Solutions carries the most unique and esoteric noise managing server racks I have found online. After ordering the product there was a little confusion about getting my Ucoustic rack to Canada, but after the shipper forwarded me some documentation my product was over the border in a number of days and I received the item in perfect shape. Overall I am very happy with my purchase and would definitely buy again. Highly recommended.
