Unimpressed customer you will never deal with again
Countless errors were made by Rackmount customer service that end up costing myself and the company I work for money. Due to these errors, our data center rebuild was delayed and deadlines were not met. It is neat that Rackmount makes custom cabinets. It would be really neat though if they had customer service reps. Instead they have humans with heart beats that answer phone calls. This is not to be confused with a customer service rep.

Great Solution
The mobile rack that was purchased, worked out perfectly. We needed a solution to implement within a very short time frame, and one that could be used to do it over and over again. Rackmount Solutions provided the perfect focal point for our mobile network.

Affordable and reliable rack solution
Rackmount Solutions had the rack and equipment we needed at the right price. The instruction manuals could be laid out better, which would make it easier to follow, especially if you've never built a rack before.
