Great pricing, good service, but only fair communications
They had exactly the right product for my needs. The pricing was excellent, and they were wonderful on the phone. Unfortunately the communications on shipping delays was not good. I had to call them repeatedly to find out when it was shipping. They did not call me.

Simple and Effective
I bought the Kendall Howard 1915-3-001-12 - 12u Hanging Wall Mount Rack. Good template and easy to hang.
You went a little thick with the powder coat on the threads. I ruined 2 screw driver bits trying to get the screws to thread. Include at least one screw for comparison at a hardware store, or at least the exact size of the screws needed. That was a pain in the butt.

my blank 1/3u rack unit panels are preferred
i find 1/3 rack unit panels to be just as effective, and more economical, than full 1u panels. i created my own 4-post rack server system using 4 independent rackmount rails. i am using the blank 1/3 rack unit panels on the front, back, and both sides. i am using three(3) one the back side, two(2) on the right side, and one(1) one the left side. if need be, i can use multiple more blank panels for space filler, which i have on a different rack system. however, i like using them for measured horizontal support, for mounting my splitters, and for use on the bottom as a backstop. i plan to get more.
