I came across Rackmount Solutions via a web search for quality shelves for a 12u and 42u rack. I found the ordering experience to be very pleasant. I found detailed descriptions of the product to be very useful in my rack design effort. I also found the products to be packaged well, to prevent damage in shipment, and the end product to be high quality and very useful, relative to application. I would highly recommend doing business with the vendor.

I needed to set up a small server closet for a client and they had everything I needed in one place. Website was clear and shipping was on time. Recommend to anyone.

Originally called in about parts.
CS Agent I spoke with gave me info about parts and did not mention they were out of stock. Asked agent if I could place order online.
Thursday Jan 15th 2015 3:38pm: I placed order online.
Friday Jan 16th 2015 3:32pm: I forward order confirmation email to sales team @ rackmountsolution.net and ask if the order has been shipped.
Tuesday Jan 20 th 2015 7:10am: received email from sales team @ rackmountsolution.net asking me to rate their service but no info about my order!
Tuesday Jan 20th 2015 1:25pm : I called 800-352-6631 to try to get info about my order. Spoke with CS Agent and was informed that some of the things I ordered was not in stock and that the items "should" ship out tomorrow. Keep in mind that if the order ships out tomorrow, I still won't receive the order for another 3 days due to transit time. I originally placed my order 5 days ago, I was planning to have the items in my possession by now! Due to this I have to reschedule the install.

Our first order had some difficulty. The wrong product was shipped. It was picked up by Rackmount and a new delivery was made. It delayed delivery by about 1 week. Then, we were never sent an invoice because our original order showed paid because of the return of the first delivery. Overall, there was a variety of issues BUT the important thing to us was how customer service handled it (Nikki). They were pleasant to work with and made sure a solution was found that worked for both companies. Mistakes happen, it's how you handle them that shows the true merit of a company.

We now have 4 of their 9u wall mount racks. They are easy to install and working with the equipment inside is no issue at all. They are secure and look good even if the office does not have a dedicated network closet and the rack must be installed in view of clients.

I recently purchased some items online for my rack from Rackmount Solutions. The ordering process was simple and my order arrived quickly and as expected. I will definitely use them again.

I had a 23" rack that needed to be reduced down to a 19" for mounting a switch. After checking with my normal vendors I finally came across the solution from this company. Ordering was easy, the product shipped quickly, and was a great quality. A+

I find solutions here that just are not available from others ... at a good price with great service.
