We found a holiday on the Facebook site and our enquiry was handled by Laura. We gave her all the details and she checked out the holiday adding all our requirements.
Laura, as promised, got back to us by the end of the day, confirming all the booking details at a fantastic price. (This quote was for 2x adults, 1x child, 7 nights & worth pointing out that other travel companies prices like for like, were more expensive.)
Laura was friendly, helpful & professional which added to a very easy booking process. In all, a great experience booking a surprise holiday for our granddaughter. Many thanks!

Nick in the Aberdeen office really listened to what we were looking for and highlighted issues we should consider e.g. summer operating times for the cable cars. We were looking to do fly drive but after Nick's investigations this was ruled out as too expensive. We are now using trains which will be more relaxing. All the recommended hotels look really nice and fit our budget. This was a complex itinerary which Nick has put together and we thank him for that.

We deal with Paul when we travel, we trust his advice. We have never been disappointed where we have gone. Paul knows what we like we have gone looking for a Europe destination and ended up in Mexico.

Always very responsive to emails regarding bookings from offers on deals. Reliable efficient service given. Nothing is a bother for them and answer all questions satisfactorily. Have used many times now all different branches too . Same quality of service each time.

Matt Breen was incredible nothing was too much despite me changing my mind 100 times he was so patient and responded to every request so quickly. I cannot recommend Ramsay World Travel and Matt enough! Hopefully the first of many bookings. I always usually us love holidays but wont be going forward.
