Shocking service
Shocking service. Can’t upload my gas safe register. Can’t sign into my account. Was promised a pay monthly scheme and money still comes out of my account when accepting leads. Tried numerous times emailing with no luck. Poor service

I have to pay another people to come…
I have to pay another people to come and fix all work this company have done in my front garden they charge £250 to do a small job cut a small tree without root just cut , take Soil out from the bed garden and put Edging alongside my garden without they fix with cement and when I was to plant my flowers, there doesn’t remove the old soil and mower, just they add a new soil I have bought and there was a membrane in the middle from my old soil and compost . After discovering this bad job I check my cameras and then all the time they was stoping chads each other and sitting in their van . Very bad job don’t trust this company

More support is a must
The platform is simple to use, however the major problem with Rated People is a serious lack of support availability, it is impossible to speak to a human when a problem occurs. The app is also down quite often, although they do make fixes.

Lighting fault fixed instantly
Alex diagnosed the fault in an obsolete fluorescent light and fixed it instantly. I was very grateful for this as no-one else would quote for the job. New to business he seemed unsure of how to collect payment but managed to sort this out. Excellent service and will certainly use him again

SCAMMER. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.
The Company we used was not checked properly. Did not have Public Liability Insurance in place.
The guy who ran it was a scam artist.
We looked up the Company Pinnacle Construction.
Not registered anywhere.
Could not find any info on it, neither did any other site list them for jobs
Rated People made me believe that they were properly vetted.
Taking Pinnacle Construction (Mr Aron Kiff) to court.

Not good, disappointed
Been with Rated People for over Five years. First Four years were superb and all worked well both the online platform experience and the number of leads coming through.
I built my business up from nothing using Rated People and couldn't sing there praise high enough over the first Four years. However the past year things have changed and the way things work has changed making it more difficult to work with Rated People. Communication has become slow and number of leads in our trade range has dropped quite dramatically. There new unlimited system is actually the opersite and limits the broad number of trade leads you can go for unless you pay extra for other leads outside your selected tradessuch as carpentry or gardening for example. My business has been built purely on offering a wide range of skills and not just one or Two percific trade types. Being a rural based business there is never enough work in just One or Two trade types. If you work in a city you have Tens of Thousands of pertensal customers in a rural area you have maybe just hundreds. This has been the deal breaker and so left Rated People to join other online platforms that are not restrictive in this respect.
