Ordered various foodstuffs. They arrive damaged - strawberry powder all over the package. Several emails to customer service, images of damaged items and yet no refund or replacement items. Emails no go ignored. Severely disappointed and will not use Rawfoodshop again.

Good range of products, fantastic quality, affordable prices and very fast deliveries! Always!

Very tasty . Fish smell pnly when You open the package but later with something it taste really okay. Specially if you think how much calories exactly you eat :) i will buy this noodle all the time and I don't miss normal .

The very weak support with sometimes stroppy emails is only part of the problem with the company.
The very big weak point is the definitely the quality of the goods: Whether nuts, seeds or cocoa mass - the goods received are often old, stale, sometimes rancid.
I will definitely never shop there again after my last contact with "support" (about 5 kg of rotten, china-plastic smelling hamp seeds for over 440 kr) - Disgusting and of course no refund in sight!!

I made a order almost 2 weeks ago and rawfoodshop's support's email don't answer nor do they answer on the phone. I'm really, really upset how a company can behave like this.

I have sent 4+ emails and tried to call them but have nobody has answered...

We have been ordering from Rawfoodshop for sometime and everytime we have been happy with our orders and their products. Everything has been of great quality, good packaging and always arrived promptly.
Great prices as well.

Bad costumer service. Two weeks after I gave up my order, nothing happend and I asked them if it's possible to change the shipping adress. No respond on that, just some few words "sorry for the delay". I was not able to pick it up and it returned. Now I'm still waiting to get my money back and all they tell me is that I have to pay a fee.

Fast delivery, good products. Often cheaper than ordinary shop but with much better quality.

I was very disappointed with my order as most of the nuts (especially the walnuts and the cashews) were old, soft & chewy (instead of crunchy), and tasted very stale and rancid, which is actually toxic for health. The coconut oil was also not very fresh.
I get better products from Willy:s !

I ordered oil to eat as a food!
I got it and it is for message! It didn’t say that on the item on the website!
The delivery wasn’t to my door or to my postbox! It was to a point collection shop!!!!

Even when I send an email I didn’t get an answer from ur company!
