Please do not make the same mistake as myself and avoid using this company. They have refused a refund worth over £500 for a product I returned un opened as they claimed it was damaged upon return. Take my advice and go with a more reputable company.

Dealing with friendly people always helps.
I could not find the brand of product I was looking for anywhere online apart from at Ray Graham.
The staff I spoke to and emailed, were really friendly and also very helpful which would encourage me to definitely shop with them again - lovely people and a pleasure to do business with them.

Great service and good product
Absolutely great customer service over the phone and internet,I made phone enquiry regarding delivery to mainland England and a lady was very helpful and confirmed that free delivery was available, I then made the purchase on line at a very competitive price, ordered the coal bunker Thursday afternoon and it was delivered Saturday morning by DPD duly wrapped and in perfect condition, great service from both seller and courier.

THE poorest customer experience
THE poorest customer experience, and shocking attitude from the owner... so much for being a family business. Given the wrong product by warehouse staff (it was put in my boot by them, whilst I paid ...I didn't think to check!) & not given a refund despite having receipt. If in doubt blame the customer. Bunch of crooks. Sooner use Screwfix, B&Q etc and get better value.

Fantastic service and quick delivery
I ordered a fire grate from Ray Grahams on a Saturday evening after calling to check delivery times. The grate was processed and dispatched the next day and I received on the Wednesday. Fantastic service and very quick delivery compared to other companies who had delivery times of 10 days to 2 weeks. Would definitely buy from them again.
