I don’t usually do reviews but usually unhappy people are the ones to review so here goes. The site was easy to use and set up my white glove delivery. I had to call to get a certificate of insurance for my building the rep was very helpful. She stayed on the phone while I sent and received emails. Very helpful.

Friendly, knowledgeable assistance. Good experience.

The store had a large selection to choose from. Raj Is a very nice guy and it was a pleasure dealing with him.

I appreciate that the sales rep allowed me to explore the store without any pressure but also was completely available to answer questions and assist with finding suitable furniture for my needs. The salesman was an absolute pleasure to work with.

Our visits to the store is always fulfilling because of the service given to us. We decided to go to Jersey City instead of Elizabeth when we wanted some additional pieces. Thanks.

If you are talking about the sales representative. He was very knowledgeable about the couch I selected on line. He was also very helpful about bringing out some of the items I hadn't considered or even thought about and resolved those quickly.
Over all going into the store and making the purchase was a very pleasant experience.
However, on the company side, I am not very happy with having to pay delivery charges and then having to pay more money to have the old couch removed.

I brought a dresser from the 449 store in jersey city and it was the worst experience ever. After buying the dresser for 840 on credit, the sales woman said that the store would price match my item if I see it some cheaper. I did. I phoned the store and told them that I fould the same dresser for half the price. They said that it had to be a competitor to qualify for the price match. Huh?? But I’m the mean time. They said that I have a six month deferred payment plan. But for the entire first month. I was actually locked out of the account and couldn’t make payment. So in retrospect it’s really a 5 month deferred payment plan. However, after voicing my concerns they informed me that a sale was going on (4 days later mind you) and my same dresser is now on sale so I get a hundred dollars back to my account (which was still locked at this time for 30 days, and I couldn’t see the rebate if I wanted to.. so that was pointless to tell me to check my account for any changes) nevertheless, now the credit company is now switching and now I have to go thru the aggravating task of putting my account back on auto pay..🙄🙄🙄🙄 I’m over this shhht

Showroom had sufficient stock to look at and salesman knew his products. Made our purchase easy
