An amazing experience with a wonderful salesman!

I ordered a love seat to match a previously purchased sofa. It came with a flaw in the seating material. Rather than repair, they ordered a completely new sofa , with same made to order fabric. Arrived, professionally delivered. completely satisfied with service.

I ordered my ottoman waited 8 wks and on first day it was damaged and damaged my carpet. You made good and ordered a new one. I waited 10 wks when I called to see where the new one was. Amazingly I was told they could get it to me by Saturday or Sunday. What I find amazing is that if I didn’t call no one was going to call me to tell me my new ottoman was here and in the mean time I was stuck w a broken ottoman that I paid for already! I have purchased all of my furniture from Raymour for many many years and I feel like the quality of the furniture as well as the service has gone down hill.

Professional, attentive sales reps, but not overbearing.

The sales associate was helpful in suggesting a better alternative to the sleeper sofa I originaly wanted. He provided explanations and details aout my purchase such as construction type, materials, etc. i am going back in a few moths for computer furniture because the associate showed a computer desk that I like.

Scott made the process easy. Didn't try to upsell us; he just listened, and offered options that met our specific needs. His lighthearted personality amplified the experience rather than detracting from it, which often happens with retail salespeople. The new store was nice as well.

We were politely welcomed by Sonya A. who showed us Mattresses and discussed options that helped us make our decision to buy. We tired out 3 and are happy with our experience.

I purchased a dresser ($950) and a bedframe ($67). The salesperson insisted on writing two (2) orders, the consequence of which was that I paid $1200 for the dresser and $165 for the bed frame! This was due to adding a "minimum" delivery charge to the latter order even though it is being delivered in the same truck as the dresser. As yet, I haven't received this delivery, so cannot comment on the efficacy of the service.

Also, I'd like someone to explain to me why sales tax is added to delivery fees.

In any event, this will be my last purchase from Raymor and Flanagan. I don't appreciate being taken for a fool.

Informing people about the furniture being purchased. The descriptions are great and informative. Plus the demo's on how they work.

Both young men were courteous and hard working. My husband is on oxygen and they were careful of his special needs. They even moved an end table back in place for him. Hats off to these two gents!

This is my second time trying to order the same dresser, last time it never arrived and it took me over a month to get the refund. This time I ordered it for next Sunday and you just texted me to say it would be delivered Tuesday. And once again, you emailed me a receipt number but no order number. This is why every calls you “PayMore & Shenanigans”
