Customer service was knowledgeable and helpful. was able to secure just the right accent chair quuickly.

Customer service contradicted financing options that sales rep explained.

Everything was wrong with my experience in trying to get a broken piece of furniture replaced. For one, it's nearly impossible to get someone on the phone and there's no option to hold to wait for an agent or leave a call back number. It just hangs up. I had to resort to using the chat function, and when I finally scheduled the replacement, the wrong furniture was delivered. So I had to start over. It's taken months to get this taken care of, and I'm not confident the next delivery will even be correct. I emailed customer service about my issues and got no response. There is so much more that I don't have time to write about. But the bottom line is, I have never experienced such poor customer service. And that's not on the agents - they were perfectly nice. It was how hard it was to actually reach a person and then the fact that so many errors were made, and no one ever called or emailed me when I had requested it.

Wahid made this experience so much less stressful for me. He was so patient while I was so indecisive. He was so knowledgeable about the products and was able to offer recommendations based on what I had in the past and what I liked. He also offered great payment options for me. He was just a great sales associate overall.

I am very happy with my new sofa and love seat.

They were very nice and were able to get my dresser around a tight corner without moving my desk which was very helpful!

Purchased a tempur-pedicure mattress and adjustable base, was led to believe by retail staff that entire bed purchase was refundable up to 120 days. After testing out bed for 30 days, we tried to return the Adjustable base which we decided cost more than we actually utilized it. Apparently only mattresses are returnable, but that was not what we were led to believe during purchase. Beware this Raymour and Flanagan for being deceptive and sheisty - they certainly neglected to emphasize that the base was not returnable as we were forthcoming about needing a bed we could return/replace. Staff person August had an attitude, was not receptive to our astonishment that the adjustable base was non-returnable. Will not be returning to Raymour and Flanagan again.

The ease of the purchase, and hopefully fast delivery

The website was easy to use, and I was able to get the same price. I could get by going into the store.

John ,the manager, did an amazing job helping us choose the correct mattress for our needs. He was personable and patient as he answered our numerous questions. He treated us with undivided attention during both of our visits to the store. Mattress shopping is not fun but John made the experience very pleasant.

So first of all, the women who helped me was pleasant to deal with. She walked me through everything i needed to do to fulfill my order. I would say she was the main reason for the 5 stars. But to honest with you the whole crew seem to be nice.

The total customer experience was the best I ever had in all my years. The manager that help me was amazing he was truly wonderful, I had a problem with my original recliner and when I spoke with the manager he resolve my issue to my satisfaction without any problem. Im so very happy with my experience and I must say I have always purchased my furnature from Raymour and Flanigan for the last 20 years and now I know why. YOUR ARE TRULY THE BEST, YOU STAND BEHIND YOUR PRODUCT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I also want to thank the delivery associates for their time and effort, they were very kind and pleasent.
