After service very poor!

Seemles sales. Arrived just days later.

Verry good service from rc toys the model build went straight forward easy to follow instructions but had issues with the radio supplied and battery connections could be a problem for a novice builder would reccomend buying the kit without these items and buying them seperately probably more expensive this way but less hassle!

Never dealt with anyone personally so unable to pass any comments

My only disappointment with this product is the instruction manual, it didn't specify where the on/off switch was located on the helicopter and the charge lights on the battery should go off when charged and we have charged for twelve hours and the light is still on! When plugging in the battery to helicopter you have to just tuck it inside the nose part as there isn't a specified place for it . other than these small issues I am very impressed.

rc toys nice site thought I give them a try with a small order.......payment went through ok no hang ups there, delivery came well quick , with e mail progress reports..( now that I do like ) yes nice experience will shop again. definitely added site to favorites.

Guys, if you ever need to buy any RC items, don't waiste your time, go direct to these people, RC TOY WORLD. They had most of the items I required, aftersails service excellent. A bit difficult to get a hold on the phone numbers supplied.

yes ordered electric remote buggy on wed and it arrived two days later and had 6 emails to let me know what was going on it was a very good service.

Ordered the parts, I got the acknowledgement, and a few days later they dropped through the letterbox well packaged.
I had tried to get these parts from various places but this was the only place to have them in stock.
Overall I was very happy with transaction.

Despite a product malfunction, RC were at all time considerate and helpful sending new parts and whilst the product was beyond repair by me, they arranged to collect and refund the cost - a very good business model and at all times were polite and there to help, other businesses should take note as I would have not reservation recommending their service, our experience was not of their doing and just an unfortunate model.

had a problem with a faulty swashplate on the helicopter but after lengthy exchange replacement flew fine, thank you !!

excellent service and the plane is satisfactory although there are minor problems.

I cannot recommend the company enough. Their customer relations is second to none. The quality of the Model car I bought was excellent and well exceeded the description. In terms opf speed it was as fast if not faster than the Nitro car that it replaced. In short I was delighted with every aspect of dealing with R C Toy World and would definitely deal with them again
