ZERO STARS! I ordered a doll that took 2 months to receive.. which was a month late for Christmas!! I ordered a cute doll and received a rag doll that looked nothing like the doll on the website!! $50 for a doll I could have purchased at a discount store! Avoid this place! It’s a ripoff!

Not even worth a star for sure. not even close to the product they are trying to sell online. 2 months to get two dolls that are not as nice a dog toys i can buy. they offered me 10% refund and i could keep. no thanks i filed complaint with pay pal and better business.

As with everyone else, my wife was subjected the same scam. What’s troubling is per PayPal, in order to receive a $53 refund, we’re to return the doll to this address:

龙华新区龙华街道民清路下油松村10栋707 深圳市, Guangdong 518000 CN

I guess we’ll find out if it’s a legitimate address as the return address on the package was:

Joe Doe
1140 River Rd Suite 111
New Castle DE 19720

That address also has bad reviews. Coming from “Joe Doe”, that’s not surprising.

So this is now the support we can all expect from PayPal. PayPal should do better. However, they’re not the only one that should be on the hook. Facebook needs to start vetting their sellers as this isn’t the first time we’ve been scammed by Facebook (and Instagram) sellers.

I ordered a beautiful handmade Waldorf Zoe doll on the 2nd of November, as a first Christmas present for my first grand daughter. When the doll hadn’t arrived a month later, I emailed to ask about my delivery, stating that it was a Christmas present and was assured the doll would arrive before Christmas.

I chased again January and requested the tracking information only to find out that the doll was coming from China, not the Netherlands which is what the website hints at.

The website states the dolls are all handmade and the clothes are interchangeable, with a gift box etc, but when my doll finally arrived on 18th January, I was horrified at the absolutely terrible quality. The doll itself looks NOTHING like the doll I ordered, is definitely NOT handmade and the clothes are sewn to it. Definitely not the special first Christmas gift I had imagined and not one I will be giving to my grand daughter at all.

This is a big scam! Do not order from this company. Nothing is as described and is worthless. Delivery took forever and they now ignore emails when requesting a refund. SCAM. Do not order from these people

I ordered a doll through from this company through Amazon. Until now i trusted Amazon. Learned my lesson. I didn't check reviews because I didn't see anything on the amazon site that said it was from China. I emailed amazon and told them after 3 months I still had not received the doll and I was disappointed that they did not let me know it was coming from China. There response was that they would forward the email to the company. I finally received my $40.00 doll. It was horrendous. I could have bought a better doll at the Dollar store.
I am now ordering everything I can directly from the manufacturer. I am no longer going through Amazon.

As the others are saying, it's a scam. I ordered Dec and still no doll. I submitted a dispute with my credit card but I won't hold my breath. Lesson learned, do the research before buying.

Everything that is written here is correct , I have not received a product and their tracking numbers are bogus. I am hoping my credit card company will reverse their charges.

I wish I could upload a photo! I just received my doll after almost 3 months waiting. My daughter picked her doll out specifically and whilst I appreciate the minor imperfections, what I received was a major disappointment for me and my daughter. My doll looked absolutely nothing at all like the picture. DO NOT TRUST.

DO NOT ORDER. As others have stated, they take your money and no product is delivered. They respond at first with new tracking numbers and then go silent. Do not be tricked by the beautiful dolls on the website.

Ordered an item November 11, 2020. Still haven’t received the order. Customer service is horrible!!! I have been given 3 different tracking numbers & none of them work. The company still will not reimburse me even though I have sent many emails asking to be reimbursed for the item I never received. I just wanted to make others aware so they will not experience the same issues. I’m wondering if this company is a scam & not even a legitimate business.

ZERO stars!! I received a small ugly doll in a plastic bag that looked like a first grader made it.

I am yet another customer with the same experience. The beautiful high quality boxed doll with accessories I spent a long time choosing specially and ordered for my baby daughter's first doll is a cheap-looking tatty excuse which I could have paid about 1/10th the price for in a cheap supermarket. It has also taken almost 2 months to arrive. I have contacted the company requesting a refund but given the plethora of similar experience here, do not expect to get one. Will have to see if credit card company will refund. I'm not even sure I am happy to give the doll to my daughter as there are no safety labels on it.

They sent me a doll I didn’t order and refused to give me all refund until I paid for shipping it back. Do not order from this company. They are frauds and thieves.

This company is a scam. I ordered a a doll in November for my granddaughter for Christmas, it came Jan 15, 2021. Besides no tracking and the length of time it took to receive it- it looks NOTHING like the picture of what I was buying! The doll I was sent could have been bought at Dollar General! It is certainly not the cute doll with a sweater, little purse, hat and little stuff bear and rabbit! This company rips people off - don’t fall for it. Trying to get a refund!

I would not even give this product one star. I still have yet to receive the doll. When I started looking deeper into the order and found it comes through China post even though the site leads you to believe it is from the US. Every time I email the company they say the doll makers are working on my order and it will be here soon. My advice, DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!

I agree with everyone. Horrible doll. Nothing like advertised and it took 2 months to arrive ( from Uzbekistan ). They presumably left it until after Xmas so it would not be so embarrassing to give it to a child now, having bought proper presents. My granddaughter took one look at it abd hated it. Vomplete scam. Creeps.

I wish I looked at the reviews before I ordered..pay over $65 for a dog that looks nothing like the picture and took 2 months to arrive. Another Chinese made product ripping people off. I contacted them to send it back they replied,

"I am sorry that you are not satisfied with our product.
Because all of our dolls are handmade, there will inevitably be a little imperfection. There is no way we can make every doll exactly the same as the picture on the website.
Thank you for your understanding" so that means we cannot return it or get our money back..got ripped off by another Chinese company.

Do not buy from this site. What they picture on their website is not at ALL what you get. I ordered 4 dolls for $165 total and received four rag dolls worth about $3 each. A big scam. And it took 3 months to get these inferior dolls. Do not buy from them.
