Fantastic experience
Fantastic experience. Dealt with Paul L and was very professional. Sent details and video of car very quickly and replied to my messages quickly. Picked me up from the metro station and the buying process was very quick. Car was better in person and looked amazing on pick up. Would highly recommend Redgate Lodge to everyone. Lesson learnt
Lesson learnt. Paul was a great bloke , good crack but should have took his advice and bought warranty, not long after it run out I had to pay nearly £700 for engine fault . I’ll know better next time .

Car service and MOT
What fabulous customer service from Andy! I always get my car serviced and MOT done here as I can not fault anything. The staff are super lovely and as a woman who knows nothing about cars, they truly go above and beyond to make sure I leave feeling safe when driving. The team who did the service and MOT also did a wonderful job and its just such a relief to know from dropping my car off in the morning to picking it up, everything is done perfectly! Thank you Andy and the Team, will be seeing you in a years time :)

Outstanding service from Paul Laidler. I cant recommend him highly enough. So friendly and knowledgeable. He offered me a price for my car part ex but was very honest and advised me I could get more of if I sold it myself. I took his advice and sold my car within 24 hours! Honest, transparent excellent service. I’ll always go to Paul for my car’s from now on. Car is mint too!
