Great service I am very happy having completed the case, they were available when I needed them and they dealt with everything professionally and competently

First time dealing with this legal firm and would say communication is poor ,but if you mention that the communication is poor they (Gail from the Cardiff branch) will tell you to find another solicitors .my free advice to anyone looking for a reputable solicitors ,try somewhere else as the service and communication is shocking.

Awful experience with Saifalee Doolooa-Collins from the Reading branch. To say I am disappointed is in understatement, extremely rude. Awfully unprofessional and disrespectful at a very emotional time in my life. Has no idea what she is doing and doesn’t know how to fight on behalf of her clients. She likes to prolong cases regardless of how it will affect you or your family, for financial gain. Typical legal aid solicitor.

The communication and the knowledge Reeds provides is excellent. Dana was really helpful and her professionalism was amazing. I would recommend Reeds Solicitors, and I would use them again if needed.

Use to really rate reeds but over the years they just gone down hill. I got arrested and they went over everything with me n now I’ve been charged with a different offence all together and all I wanted was an appointment few days before court to go over everything as it’s a hole new charge n all I get every time from reeds we can’t do nothing till court date so going from abh and a bladed acrticle then dropped to a new charge shows u police don’t no what there doing and just shows reeds no longer care about anything unless it comes to court dates so if u like basic solicitors that don’t no what there really doing then reeds is for you and if your on trail I wouldn’t recommend reeds to do job for you because my last trail they gave me a basic solicitor n when they cross examine the other party they asked 3 questions and that was it and when the opsit party asked me questions they through over a 100 at me so don’t waste your time with this firm I’ve been with this firm since I was 13 n now 30 n reeds are nothing like they use to be at all so hopefully this review will help you before choosing a solicitor because clearly reeds don’t care unless you have a big pay check

Excellent & professional service from Lucy Tapper & the solicitor Phillip Kouvaritakis who first recommend her at Reeds in Oxford. Both gave us confidence & professional service throughout. Thank you both so much a real people person, I cannot fault her for her work in any aspect of the case in & out of the court. Worked so hard for us & achieved an excellent outcome for our case. They are a credit to Reeds, there selves & the courts. I highly recommend them to anyone that needs a barrister or solicitor. All the best for the future. Couldn’t off been given a really good solicitor. She helped so much! And was really good in my court case! Highly recommend

I wouldn’t recommend this solicitors to represent me, or anyone else. I have two cases which I didn’t do and the proof was in the evidence, which every solicitor I had didn’t go through. The second case the witness lied and changed there story 3 times the solicitor sat there and said nothing. I was hanging on the glass trying to get his attention but he sat there and ignored me. The solicitors with this company is a joke. Don’t use them.

Worst solicitors in Bristol. Stated on Google refunded me to make out they are good firm in fact have not refunded me at all. Not very experienced Nicola Hutchinson barely out of school yet calls herself experienced. Lee Mott made so many errors serious misjudgment. Need more training. 1/10 save your money duty solicitors are FREE of charge honest review based on honest experience

Very dissatisfied with advice given acting as duty solicitors, to the point I wondered if they were acting in my defense at all..... Very blasay and rushed attitude. Moved over quickly to another firm and hope they will defend me better in the long run!
