Deserves more than 5 stars. Excellent customer service and great prices, will definitely be shopping here again.

I ordered a suit for a lockdown Nikkah. The suit arrived a week later then expected. The colour (was not the same from website), the beads (front part of the dress all the beads were falling off) and further stains were evident on the dress. I emailed Reeshma regarding this and got a quick response back asking for pictures bearing in mind £165 was spent on that suit so therefore it should not have stains or beads missing. After sending Reeshma evidence, I have now been ignored. Ladies if this ever happens to you, just ring your bank and an investigation will commence and you will receive your money back after you explain how these crooks operate and how they’ve conned you. There was no apology for the inconvenience, how dare they think they can rob hard working people!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD WORKING MONEY!!

Very quick to take your money but after service is horrendous. Ordered my dress, which looks NOTHING like the picture as shown on website, the material is just awful, stitching was not so great. Looks very very cheap. Had emailed but of course no response been over a week. Definitely avoid this awful place - never again!

UPDATE: Regarding your reply 'REESHMA' the outfit had not been worn as it was for my nikkah which is in July, im sure you're aware were in lockdown. So no, the dress had not been worn, wouldn't wear as its awful, and cheap looking. I emailed you on the day it had arrived, so please stop accusing me. You hadn't replied back to my email, so had to open a case on PayPal that's how I got my refund! :-)
Please stop lying and work on your customer service skills.

I ignored the bad reviews stupidly and ordered a dress for a friend’s wedding pre-COVID. I was assured it would arrive in time, it did not. When I realized it wouldn’t I requested a cancellation and that’s when my messages started to get ignored. I then received the dress a week after the wedding. It was a poor mans version of the dress online and smelt of BO.
Don’t buy from here because doing so would be similar to flushing your money down the toilet and receiving a dress that actually smells like one.

I was receiving fast responses until I sent the image of the clothes which do not look like they have been shown and described.  I am very disappointed with the communication being cut off from your end."

Countless Emails Sent, Communication Cut Off When The Issue Was Meantion. They Just Rip You off And Can't Even Bother sending To The Right Address. AVOID BUYING FROM THEM!!! I Checked Elsewhere To See Whether The Images Advertised Were Misleading And Found The Images On Other Websites/Sellers Were Showing The Real Colour Of the Outfit And Cheaper. So Not Only Have I Recieved Something That Was Falsey Advertised But They Also Rip You Off! BETTER PRICE AND COMMUNICATION ELSEWHERE.

Rubish service no replies to emails and been weeks and still no update and no dress has come even after emailing

The saree is beautiful, exactly as the picture.

The communication was a little spotty and the shipping took 2 weeks longer than anticipated due to covid (which is understandable) otherwise great site to buy clothes

Bought a wedding dress for my sister, she was more than happy. Especially for the fact she got it for a fair price and a amazing quality dress too compared to other retailers. Customer services from this company was very welcoming too.
