My product arrived on the date promised. It was very well packaged and obviously not manhandled or damaged in transit. The chess board that I purchased from Regency Chess looks amazing with my 5.75 inch chess set standing tall.

Order arrived next day - very impressed. Was superbly well packaged but inexplicably a white rook was damaged. Sent photo and email and received response in a couple of hours. Replacement rook arrived next day. Absolutely delighted with service and quality of chess set. Julian and his team are an absolute delight. They were knowledgeable and answered all my questions with enthusiasm and professionalism. I finally purchased a Garvi set of rosewood and walnut pieces and a suitable board to match. Brilliant customer service
I purchased a chess board and pieces, the whole lot being quite expensive. The quality of board and pieces was excellent. A few weeks later though our new puppy chewed three of the pieces. I contacted Regency to see if I could purchase 3 new pieces. They sent them at no charge. Without doubt this is the best customer service I've encountered in years. I highly recommend this company.

Great chess set
I bought the chess set because I loved to play when I was a child and after I finished watching "Das Damengambit" (dont know the English title) on Netflix I needed to buy a set. The chess set came as described and it looks great, it also looks to be high-quality. Delivery didnt take long although it came from another country.
