Impeccable service from Regency Chess Co. with excellent help and advice on their products from the retail manager. As a result I purchased two luxury chess boards of different sizes which compliment my chess pieces very well. Delivery was fast and the boards were well packaged. Sold the chess set I wanted for a very reasonable price. The delivery came very quickly and was wrapped and packaged immaculately. The chess set was in perfect condition and came with interesting additions. Bought as a gift and the recipient was very happy with it.

I ordered a 500 GBP chess board and chess men to Switzerland. Everything went fine and the FedEx service was on time. The package was traceable and arrived without a single scratch / pressure mark. Everything was well packed and the chips are eatable (starch?!). The chess men are really beautiful.
