I ordered a remote control from VAT : perfect !
I ordered a remote control from VAT two weeks ago, and I just received it. I’m already using it, and it works like a charm! Not only does this remote control clone cost at least three times less than the Philips replacement remote, but it’s also better designed than the original, which is going to end up at the bottom of a drawer.
One more thing: since my order hadn’t arrived after a week (I’d chosen the standard shipping option via the Post Office), I contacted VAT via live chat, and the response was immediate and satisfactory. To be honest, if someone I know has a problem with their remote control, I’ll recommend VAT without hesitation for their professionalism and the quality of the products they sell at an unbeatable price!

I ordered a replacement TV remote. The product image did not correspond to the product delivered. I didn't receive any confirmation e-mail on purchase or order number. I attempted to resolve the issue via email (no response), phone (no answer). I engaged with the customer service on the site who kept telling me I ordered what I received even though the price and product imagery didnt correspond. They want me to return the product and bear the costs of postage and won't admit fault. AVOID

I ordered a remote preprogrammed for my Outlaw 950. I live in the United States and expected it to be expensive and slow to ship from Europe, but it arrived very promptly and without too much hassle. I later contacted the company to see how I could program another device to the remote - a service they charge for it you ask for it upon order - and they promptly provided instructions and the program I needed for how to do that for free. I offered to pay, but they graciously declined. Throughout this whole process they were extremely polite and helpful. I am very pleased.

I ordered a Yamaha RAV364 remote control, but the company sent a different model instead because they apparently did not have the correct one in stock. Instead of informing me beforehand, they simply shipped whatever they had available.
Now I have to return the item and wait again for a replacement. Customer support responds, but this situation should not have happened in the first place.

First finding your site was the most awesome, then seeing you had the remote I needed.
(it works perfectly).
Ordering was so simple. Being able to track it through the whole journey again was so simple. It took about 12 day to Canada I find that incredible in itself.

Remote Control reasonably priced, easily suited for the TV
Here it is easy to find a Remote Control that is suitable for an old TV set. I liked that experiance. The remote is working well. The buttons are a bit loose, but I accept that as a trade-off for the price. There is no "settings" button that was available on the original though...
