We have old graphic equalizer which is excellent—it shows no signs of aging and gives us great sound even though it’s 20 years old. The remote? It died years ago. Finally this year using the volume button at all it would give us ‘surprise results’: up, down, mute? And then would lock like that. We have been looking for a replacement for 6 years? People kept telling us that to get a new remote we’d have to buy a whole new equalizer. Then last month—as I looked again for a replacement I discovered VAT. Problem solved! No fussing—VAT said it would work, guaranteed we’d be satisfied and then shipped the solution to us. If you have great old tech but the accessories are failing? Go to VAT. Easy fixes, excellent prices and excellent follow through. VAT will be the first place I look the next time my tech starts to age out.

Edit - Claimed back through my bank. Company lied saying they sent a replacement, all they actually did was forward the original purchase email. Offered a partial refund if I closed the case there and then.
Truly awful, dishonest behaviour.
Company have tried to have this genuine experience pulled down, whilst failing to do anything about the faulty remotes they send out.
Remote doesn’t work. No one responds.
Now having to wait to claim back through my bank.
Edit. So you ignore messages but will contact trust pilot to try and have this taken down. STILL no working remote and no refund after nearly a month.

all remotes on internet were to expensive and was not worth replacing (ceiling unit to old)
found remote control world by accident on the internet took a risk and ordered new remote which was a good price even with delivery.

In January 02, 2026 I prepaid for 3 pieces of AIR-LUXURY-luxair remote controls. Abt a week later the company confirmed that my original remote control was in their hands and my order should proceed asap.
After all these months my order is still pending. Despite the emails and the online service contacts, no one gives a clear answer. The usual answer is that the technical department is aware abt the delay of my order due to large amount of orders and if I want to cancel my order.
Really? Is this a reasonable respond to patient customers?
UPDATE:
I eventually was forced to cancel my order. My original remote control status which should have been returned is uncertain. I never received it. No one gives an answer or a respond. They just don't care. One of the worst experiences EVER!
2nd UPDATE (June 08, 2026):
It's hard to believe what you replied back after all these months of ghosting. But for a freaky strange reason I intend to believe you, even if deeply in my thoughts the more logical thing is to ghost me again for 5-6 months. I realy don't know what to expect. If you do what you wrote(?) then this will be trully a crazy twisted and unexpected evolve.
Maybe miracles happen, don't know what else to say or believe. Let's see how this will go...

This is the only company that could provide me with a replacement remote for our very specific air conditioning unit.
Initially the remote did not work, but they worked diligently and efficiently to make sure we got the replacement we required.
I 10/10 recommend , as they will not disappoint and will work to resolve any issues until it is truly resolved.

I wish I knew about them earlier, I needed a new remote control for my 8 years old tv and i wanted a genuine brand new one. I have got it and i can say that I couldn't be happier, next time i need a remote control I know where I can get it from. The price was decent as well. Would definitely recommend if you need a remote control as it looks like they have thousands of remotes for all sorts of brands.

I purchased a remote for my kitchen hood on their recommendation 3 weeks ago but it didn’t work. I sent 3 polite emails to 2 different email addresses. They replied and apologised for the delay as my emails had gone into their spam folder. They sent me pairing instructions and I’m happy the remote control now works.
