Repair Network seem to be actively avoiding paying contractors money that they are owed, me being another one of them, they are not to be trusted.

Don't even deserve 1 star. Awful company that doesn't pay the sub-contractors. Have been waiting since September. Happy to liase with anyone else having issues!

Another unpaid sub contractor here.
£600 out of pocket for a one man band is no use. Been chasing money since September 2023. No wonder small businesses struggle.

I’m a contractor, the same response as many others … no payment! I’ve paid out for parts completed the job 8-11-23, the customer is happy and no payment from repair network despite multiple emails no reply and being blocked from sending any more emails … very dishonest company !!! Don’t use them, go to gas safe and find an installer to do the job direct …

AVOID this company. They are not paid to their subcontractors! A lot of companies are looking for money back from them! The own our company £700!

Hi just want to make you aware of this company,they do not pay for complete work.All contractors and small businesses be aware of it. Same people works for Smart cover insurance. Scammers promised 30 days payment for invoice but never received money.Suggesting to not use Smart cover insurance/and repair network. Be aware!!!

I am a sub contractor engineer for repair network , they do not pay us they mess the subcontractor around give the customer false promises Do Not answer there phones Will not respond to emails I am owed money by them and will be issuing them a summons with in 5 days Do Not use They promise the world and give nothing and use any excuse not to pay and be come un contactable

Dishonest. They don't pay their sub-contractors or reply to enquiries. I will be sending the invoice to their customer.

absolute con men dont use this company they wont pay you but beg you to carry out work for them like all the other contractors we have not been paid for works carried out.

scam scam ..i have been working for them as a sub con and i done the work for them which i didn't get paid these people taking money from customer and than block there number no show up fraud don't use this company .

As a repair network I have not been paid.
Be aware customers, when repair network does not pay its Engineers, you are reopenable for that cost. STAY AWAY

This company does not pay gas engineers for doing their work. Both correspondence addresses are virtual with no staff there.

I'm a repair engineer, I have completed two jobs for this firm and 65 days later haven't been paid a penny.

Thieves, avoid at all costs.

Please avoid this company, i have just given this company a CCJ County court Judgement for non payment of invoices after they have failed to respond to a court order, i have contacted some of their customers who have paid and had no engineer visit and are in the process of trying to get their money back or a chargeback from their banks. If you are an engineer avoid like the plague. The prevous direct who resigned in October this year is also a Director of a carbo copy of this company and they have tried to get us to do jobs for them, my reply was **&&^^, their other company is assuranty, please be aware

Samsung are the worst appliance company to deal with. One of the customer don’t care representatives didn’t even know what the word quote or quotation meant. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND PURCHASING A SAMSUNG APPLIANCE. I will never purchase one again. They’re absolute rubbish.

Please don’t use this company. They might send some out out to you but like me they probably won’t get paid.

Ref:RNQ76002 I paid a booking fee of £189 to Repair network Nationwide on the 16/10/23 to request my Rangemaster cooker repair, I paid £497.40 to Repair Network Nationwide for the parts on 25/10/23. Domestic appliance repairs were advised to purchase the parts for the repair and they would be reimbursed by Repair NN, however Repair NN have not paid hence I am still without a cooker repair. We have guests from Australia, this was explained initially and also the urgency of the repair. We cannot get a response from the company via telephone 03333449104 or numerous e mail requests, I wouldn’t want anyone else to be misled by this company
