Have been using The Replace base for a good number of years now, great quality parts and never a problem if you do have any issues, Everyone is ready to help which makes it a pleasure to do business with.

Paid for a pack of 5, only received one. Hoping it can be rectified 🤞and I can revise to higher rating.

New battery & back for a Fenix 5 well packed and delivered quickly.

Ordering was simple. Delivered in good time and products were of good quality. First time ordering from them and will be happy to use again in the future.

Ordered a digitiser for Motorola G54 5G. Order came within 3 working days. The digitiser is of OEM quality and happy with purchase. Mobile repair shop was asking £80 to replace. Did it myself and done in £30 with a screen and glue.

Always use Replacebase; top quality parts that always fit and work. My only negative is the move away from Royal Mail to DHL, which simply makes the delivery a day later as DHL use Royal Mail for the delivery completion. At least they don't use Evri!

Bought a Oneplus 5T replacement screen. Took it to a phone shop as i am not a professional. Phone works. Took phone home but by the next morning, the screen had gone green and then blacked out. Replace base offer a refund/exchange but i have to send the screen back. I told them that wouldn't be possible on account of it's installed! It would mean doing the hour+ tube journey back to the shop, paying to take it out again, and then paying AGAIN to put the new one back in! An extreme hassle (the screen itself was only £30 afterall) So whilst they seemed to be helpful, it was not infact a remedy to the problem because now they've gone quiet, so I assume they don't intend to do anything about it and I should essentially inconvenience myself to the hilt instead.

A first rate service. I placed my order for a Samsung Tab S6 Screen Assembly and adhesive on a Thursday evening and had it delivered around 1pm on the Sunday. Very well packaged so both items arrived safely; the screen is in and works perfectly.

Your product is good, up and running now. Fast delivery and very good value. I would use this site again. Thank you.

Excellent after-sales service. The courier failed to deliver my order, and when I contacted Replace Base, their representative Catherine sent out a replacement that arrived the next day.
I was less than impressed by DPD's service, but Catherine did a great job and resolved the issue straight away.

Ordered new screen for Garmin- part was perfect- delivery was very fast- it’s a shame it did not have the sticky backed gasket, but was not mentioned - so down to me.

Excellent satisfactory service. Ordered item on their website on 29 August 2015 on their standard delivery. Was delivered by midday next day on 30 August 2025 by DPD who had sent email of one hour time slot and was delivered within that time slot. Item ordered mobile phone part seems good.

Sent an item back to the address on the website however they have moved and not received the item at the new address so now I have lost £60.
