I cannot recommend Rewild Mobile enough, and that is entirely down to Thomas. I was incredibly nervous about switching providers and moving over to an eSIM because I’ve had total nightmares with other networks in the past. Thomas has been absolutely brilliant from start to finish. His response times have been lightning-fast, and what I appreciated most was having the exact same operator throughout the conversation over multiple days. I didn't have to explain my situation over and over again to different people; he just knew exactly where we left off. He was dead supportive, made the whole process incredibly easy, and completely inspired confidence in me. The level of customer service here is a massive contrast to the stressful experiences I’ve had with other providers. Thomas is an absolute credit to the company and deserves a massive shoutout for being so great .

I think that it was solid tbh, thomas is a funny guy, if I knew to go straight to whatsapp i’d have been more satisfied. went a day without a phone cos of an ans issue which was a quick fix… thomas would’ve had it sorted straight away if the process of connecting us was a tiny bit more efficient

I had been charged twice at the start of my contract, which in my case wasn't warranted, and the customer service person (Thomas) quickly resolved this with a refund without need for complication.

Some customer service experiences are needlessly long, so this was refreshing to have concluded so quickly.

It's a new company but overall the interactions have been fair and professional with all customer service issues fixed ASAP and a easy to read plans.

I havent used the service much yet to say how good the connectivity is but I can say it was really easy to sort out and I am getting 5g at the moment.

I have order a sim, and have issue, which was my own mistake, used WhatsApp number which supplied on website, and customer service was excellent , I was impressed by time taken to help me, and nice attitude to customers.

Price incredible. Unlimited data for under £15 a month, and they're green. Had slight issue when sim selection happened, in that failed to let me order a physical one. Usually £4.99 p&p. Rep fixed the issue and my sim is winging its way to me for free.

Excellent service is provided. The speed of replies to queries is exceptionally fast, courteous and reassuring. Very friendly people who are committed to the cause of Rewild Mobile and it's ethos. The quality of the SIM card is excellent and value for money, with options to easily change your SIM settings and contract within their website. There are various easy options to transfer your SIM into their systems. Great reception in my area as well.
