Great service had the car within a week all the way from Scotland. All I had to do was tell Alfie what I wanted and he done the rest. Can’t reccomend enough. 10/10

On passing by, I noticed the car in pole position on the forecourt. Within the nx day I drove back 2 view up closer. I was greeted by Adam within a couple of minutes & before I knew it he reappeared with keys etc & opened the car & invited me 2 sit inside.We chatted & he told me all I wanted to know.He then offered me a test drive, which went really well & i was over the moon because it’s exactly what i was looking for.We returned & went into the office & he went through everything with me including finance, part exchanging my own car & retaining my no.plates etc
I left a small deposit & Adam got the car a complete valet. I returned after a couple of days & the car was all ready for me to drive home. Adam done absolutely everything he offered & everything I asked very quick very politely & made me feel totally at ease. It was completely unstressful.So for me a great experience.

Bought a car 6 months ago,
Still haven’t received private plate transfer from it as they didn’t apply for logbook for 3 months for part exchange vehicle. So had to pay 3 months tax on a vehicle we didn’t own as they didn’t apply for the logbook we couldn’t take our plate off.

Toon the vehicle to be repaired , got given back and said we can’t see the fault. (Even tho it’s visible every 5 minutes)
So given back the car clearly faults still cutting the car out.

Spoke to aftersales same lies.. .. I’ll get back to you ill get back to you…says we got a courtesy car if you can’t wait two weeks, wait two weeks tell us the courtesy car is broken you can wait another week for a fiat 500 (knowing we had 2 children under two and bought a suv)

Then tells us to get quotes from other garages to fix the car. Tells us get back to us today.. 6 days later no response. Having to get legal help to resolve this after buying a 20k car you don’t expect this!

Staff hospitality and professionalism is excellent.

Had the pleasure of buying my car from Alfie, absolutely top class, quick, efficient, polite and friendly. Travelled all the way from his other campus just to best fit my needs; couldn’t have asked for better service.

From start to finish the customer service was amazing! Jesse was so wonderful, staying after hours so I could pick it up. The car was presented extremely well, super clean and also taken care of. Would highly recommend Reynolds Motor group!

By far the worst place ive ever brought a car, initial impression was good, bribed with a amazon voucher to give 5 star reviews
Parking sensors didn't work on test drive- advised that we would be booked in within the week to get sorted (9 weeks later its only just gone in), engine management light came on after 1 week. Continuous flat tyre that was 'replaced' before i got the car. 9 weeks later and still back and forth with no real results.

After care has a lot to be desired. Customer blamed for being inflexible. And then guilt tripped as if they was doing my a favour- its their jobs.
Courtesy car given with no fuel in, poor condition- breaks and clutch terrible. And then shouted at and hung up on the phone by the so called 'after care manager'
Took the salesman 3.5 weeks to even inform after care that there was an issue.
My cars parking sensors miraculously started working when reynolds took my car to the garage without them doing any work on it- yet they hadnt worked for the last 9 weeks.

Oh and i was sold a car with no log book which i had to wait over a month for with no tax!

Stay well clear!!!!

Edit: whilst they will reply to say its my fault, im unreasonable, inflexible ect, it was infact the after sales manager who shouted at me, told me i was ungrateful and i made him act this way then hung up.
