According to the previous post, to complain about their service about the post-completion service.
You may have a good experience with the pre-completion service because they need to get paid. But the post-completion service is extremely terrible and H.Meek is handling my case
- Actually, they have no response at all no matter how many times you chase by email. They will only respond once I make a comment on social media including Trustpilot.
- Even they respond. But just like “Sorry, sorry! We are working on it and will get back in 5days” (Finally nothing happened, The last response was Jan 19, 2026; Nov 12, 2025; Oct 17, 2025)
- My case has been pending to settle for more than 3 yrs because the information on the official document provided by RG Law was incorrect. Can’t you imagine!

We would like to say a huge thank you to Loren and Haron for all their hard work and support during our home purchase.
This was not an easy or quick process and it took much longer than expected, but throughout the whole journey they remained professional, patient and very supportive.
They kept us informed, explained everything clearly and, most importantly, saw the case through to the very end.
Thanks to their dedication and commitment, we can finally say that we have our own home – and we truly could not have done this without them.

RG Law have been responsible for the sale of my late Aunt's house.
There has been a couple of hurdles on the way and I like the way these have been dealt with. Our solicitor has been both resourceful and professional, keeping us fully engaged and up to date through the various stages.

I received excellent service throughout my sale. Uba and Becky were consistently prompt, professional, and incredibly patient. I was part of a very slow chain and, admittedly, I was probably an annoying client who asked for updates often but not once did they seem irritated or dismissive.

Whenever I asked them to chase, they did so straight away, and they always kept me updated without me having to follow up repeatedly. They were easy to reach and always returned my calls or emails, which made a stressful process much easier to manage.

I genuinely couldn’t fault anything about the service. Uba and Becky were outstanding from start to finish, and I will definitely be using them again when I buy my next property.

Anything to improve on: Nothing I can think of
Would I recommend them to friends and family: Definitely

I cannot fault the service we received from RG Law during our house sale and purchase.
I would most certainly use their services again in the future.

Loren and Haron has been amazing through out the whole process and it was long because of the tenant situation but they were both excellent

WOW after looking at other reviewers I can’t understand why my dealings with RG Law were so different. Eight months to complete though i might add not their fault the process was difficult and we had some hiccups but communication OMG not good at all. Ben was my conveyancer but I had no confidence in the information / advice he gave, he was impossible to get hold of, NEVER EVER returned phone messages to the point in the end I had to go through the director Karen to get answers and then if miracles do happen he called me back. I complained through their my experience page and was promised a reply never received a written reply, I was then told that a Matt Gilles another director would get back to me that never happened either.
This company were recommended by HAART estate agents as they said they had a direct ear with the directors of the companies they refer to and it makes the process easier lol even my local Haart team couldn’t get hold of them. I sit here this morning writing this 34 days post completion and I haven’t received a completion statement, any confirmations no paperwork in relation to our purchase. I tried phoning my conveyancer Ben yesterday and today no answer left messages, I phoned his assistant Georgia again no answer and no answerphone, I phoned the post completion line it rings off, I phoned the main phone and it goes to answerphone.
I’m so disappointed and angry with this company that I felt I had to give a review.
I can only say if you are persuaded to use them through HAART then think twice, yes they are cheaper than probably your local solicitor by a few hundred pounds but the stress in dealing with them means it’s not worth the price difference.

Antoinette was very difficult to get hold of and would send unclear instructions.

RG Law have been brilliant to us during our house purchase. They are diligent and respond to all matters promptly. Aimen and Rheanne have drawn up all documents and contracts punctually which has really helped and eased our minds during the sometimes stressful process. Couldn’t recommend them enough.

Sophie Luckett always responds to requests for help in a timely manor and even liaises with our clients directly to help resolve matters. We are very pleased with the service provided by Sophie as our relationship coordinator. Thank you for all your continued help and support.

Uba was super helpful with our house move and helped us meet all of our deadlines.
