Graeme Joiner, Sonny Plasterer,John Plumber and James the Apprentice Plasterer all provide great customer service,were timeous and located and fixed or flooding issue promptly.

I had my bathroom took out and replaced the guys were absolutely brilliant from start to finish, Daniel and Grant done an amazing job would highly recommend!

Delighted with the work carried out by Richardson & Starling. All carried out efficiently with great thought to detail.
The job was finished well within the estimated time.
I was kept well informed about all aspects of the work being carried out.
I would highly recommend this company.

I just want to say a huge thankyou to to Kris and Alex for their help restoring our living back to normal at Denfield Drive. They both did a great job. They were very professional and polite and a great overall service. They gave us a lot of advice on what to do afterwards in terms of decorating on top of the plaster.

Also the rest of the team who came out from the electrician and joiners who came out were a great help too.

After a really bad start with the work getting done incorrectly in my bathroom I was at my wits end. I spoke with Alan Anderson, he came to see me the same day and arranged for a different joiner to come and complete the work, they were both there at 8am the next morning and I was confident to leave them with my house key and go to work.
The job is now complete and has been done to an amazing standard, I also received a follow up call from Alan the next day, I cant thank him and his joiner (possibly called Malky) enough.

This is the third and final day of work being carried out in my property. Plasterer was in today, he had to endure my reactive dog barking at every sound he heard. I explained to him I would just close the living room door so he could get in and out of house and to just knock if he needed me. He has done an excellent job, he tidied up and removed all the rubbish, even offering to mop my hall floor. He was pleasant and polite. Great service.

Excellent service from R&S Edinburgh, we have had problems with damp and team sorted it without any fuss. When they left the room had been cleaned and hoovered.
We had a small problem with a skirting board after the guys were away so we called the office and were told the contacts supervisor Alan would call us back. He did and he come to see the problem today, within an hour there was a joiner back fixing the skirting.
We cannot praise the team enough and will certainly be recommending them to friends.

Great job! R&S did a survey for me, followed by woodworm treatment, and replaced rotten floorboards & joists. What a difference! Mike & Kevin were very hardworking and cracked on with a difficult job. They were friendly and polite, answering all my questions.

I emailed to arrange a wall tie survey, the surveyor called back to say based on my property details he doubted there was an issue with wall ties. He came out and had a look confirming it wasn't a wall tie problem, which saved me from booking an unnecessary invasive survey. Very professional & courteous, I'd definitely use Richardson & Starling again.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. Came out to our home laid down plastic all over the floors in work areas, then told us they had to leave for an emergency. An old woman had fallen through her floor so they took priority. Fair enough. Until the next day we get told from the council that Richardson and starling had emailed them to say they cancelled the job because we hadn't cleared the work area and a list of other lies. Our main livingroom and bedroom have been torn apart to make way for works. There are 5 of us living in 2 bedrooms and a kitchen because of the state of our house. Our home is unsafe for our 1 year old. I've wasted holidays from work. And we have no idea when or if the contractors will even come back out. We had to stay at out neighbours all day because there's nowhere in our livingroom to sit not knowing if anyone was coming back or not
Guarantee we wouldn't be treated like this of we didn't live in a council house. We have photos and videos of the cleard work areas sent to the council as proof. Hope they stop using this company as their contractor. Two years to get them out to fix the damp and then they pull this stunt

Josh,John and Dominik arrived promptly and got straight to work. They left the room neat znd tidy. You'd never have known any work had gone on, apart from the different coured plasterwork. Even the flooring, which had been lifted Looked untouched.

Stuart did a great job with the replastering.
Richardson and starling could have maybe been a bit faster to schedule the work in post-evaluation and their comms were so-so (i had to chase them) but the quality of work is excellent (as you would be expect for that price).

Ross arrived on time and got stuck right into work. The finish on the plaster is immaculate. He made a fantastic job of cleaning up all the debris from the job. Not only did he give very useful advice on how long to leave the walls to dry but also how to seal the plaster afterwards.

I had damp treated about 2 years ago and they were quick, professional, cost effective and did the job well. It was an extremely stressful and upsetting time but they helped me so much and put my mind at ease. I notified them that I had seen spores appearing again, 2 very lovely managers came out (Neil and Forrest) within 24 hours which was so fast and inspected it. They discovered it was coming from my neighbours home and the spores were coming through the vent. They put my mind at ease, told my neighbour to fix the issue and gave me assurance that the issue was nothing to do with me or them. I would highly recommend them.

Ross and Scott were very professional and respectful. They did a very good job and I am more than happy with the job they done.

Craig attended on time. Gave us an explanation of what the problem was. He knew what he was doing.

Great service......workmen did work that was required in bathroom which was not a pleasant job for them. The joiners Jim and James were courteous and mindful of the presence of dogs being in the house, turned up on time and did exactly what they said they were going to do and really went above and beyond with work required. Would recommend company 100 per cent
