Great Argon Audio TT
Purchased a turntable as part of my birthday present. Staff were very informative and advised on what was available. Turntable is great and at last I am able to play my 30-40yo LPs.

Dealing with Simon from the Glasgow branch over the phone was easy.
There was no pressure and thankfully no attempt to upsell.
The purchase of the tv was very straightforward and when I arrived to collect the tv the staff were excellent and put the tv in the car for me.

Delivery subcontracted out TV was faulty on delivery
New TV was re delivered by sub contracted delivery team
The delivery team were awkward & didn’t want to use the new box from delivered TV to take faulty TV away

Got caught up in traffic
Got caught up in traffic, shop would have been closed when I got there if gentleman hadn’t waited for me. Beat that. Bought my last TV there 15 years past, best price took me back again

The staff were very knowledgeable
The staff were very knowledgeable, without being overbearing. They demonstrated the Bookcase speakers I purchased and even gave me a discount since I was a VIP member.
